Hi everyone, I haven't been on here in a decade or so but it's good to be back I'm two years into (part time) production of an animated feature film. It's a musical sci fi swashbuckler and I currently have ten minutes of it completed. I'm searching for great Animation Master artists that want to get involved to help me get it moving along faster. I'm self funding it so I'm not after full timers, just some skilled AM users that know how to get work out the door. Anyway drop me a dm or say hi on this thread and let us know what you're speciality is with AM and we can go from there 👍🏾🎉❤️ Dylan Perry Perry Animation

Looking for quotes on a 5 minute animated short, based on Dragonstorm from Unstoppable Comics. The Premise is simple, Dragonstorm enters a warehouse, house fights a bunch of ninjas (also from Unstoppable Comics), comes upon another villain, and ends with a to be continued. I understand that there is a lot more involved in putting this together than I can think of right now, and in no way am I trying to offend anyone with the lack of detail in what I am looking for. I own a copy of AM and just don't have the time to dedicate to learn the program with everything else going on. No sound is needed, I already have the stoftware for that. Winning bid will be based on a c…

The key to getting any short done is knowing ones strengths and weaknesses. I've discovered mine is modeling heads. For some reason I have a mental block on this particular project. I'm trying to create a bear character based on Disney's Humphrey the Bear. Can't offer anything more than credit where its do at this point, but since I'll be use the character as a mascot for Pappa Bear Studios, it may turn into somthing. Just need the head right now, since that is my sticking point. I interested send an email to me pharris430 at nycap.rr.com.

If Anyone knows about smart phones this one was state of the art Last year. It still works perfectly but has a cracked screen. The cracks do not seem to effect use but cracks don't look that pretty. Comes with the 8GB micro card, battery, headphones and case. What I need. A model of an LCD HDTV, blu-ray player and Surround sound receiver and glass stand. something very much like this I am very picky about models. All the normal's need to be facing the correct direction. No razer sharp edges. Why because unless its a razer they don't normaly happen in real life. So spend the extra time and bevel. No peaking. Even what app…

I had an offer early last week to build this model, but unfortunately things did not work out. I am looking for someone who could model the Spitfire: It would be preferred if the modeling could be completed in the next 2-3 weeks. Some requirements about the model is that a .obj export will be required as it will be utilized in both AM and 3DS Max. This essentially means that a denser mesh is needed, all normals facing out and the model be exported in parts as each part will have to be reassembled in 3DS Max. If you are uncertain as to how to do the export, then I can do it, just it will be needed that the whole model be built with a denser mesh,…

Hey folks, 1stly- this most likely will not happen, but I am testing the waters here. I have a guy who needs some architectural animation made for him of 2 modern house designs. He supplies blueprints of the houses- that's all. We would do the rest. Blueprints attached. He has seen and likes THIS style of animation: http://vimeo.com/65184155 I would like to build a team of 2-3 seasoned A:M ers to help me model, assemble, light, design and render some 25 interior and 5 exterior :10 second 'zoom/pans' of the entire house(s). Hi all, Non paying...... I am taking 7 mths off work next year to do an animated short. What I need are Mentors/Critics to view my progress. People who aren't afraid to give me their full and frank opinions. Note that I am NOT after people who will just say "I like it" or "I don't like it" etc. I need those who are willing to spend the time to say why. At present I haven't decided on the platform (AM or Blender). Both have their good and bad points and my pre production is currently building the main characters (2) on both platforms. I will definitely be using Blender for some things (ie the NLE and Render nodes for post work), but if I do switch to Blender…

If someone could help me out I would really appreciate it. Unfortunatly this isn't a paying gig and the best I can do is put your name in the credits. If your interested in helping drop me a line here and I'll send you the model file with the reference pics. Thanks

Hi Guys. My employer has asked me to look around for an animator and since I use AM, I thought I'd try here. He's also interested in getting people living in a different time zone to Ireland as then we can have people working "over night". However, all interest is welcome. The animations are then brought into Flash and converted to swf. So the animation isn't restricted to AM either. I've attached a recent example. It's a young company and we do mainly educational animations that illustrate client products or educate a student in for example maths. The company has a patented interface system and is attracting many companies. All we need now is more people to create…

Hi, I am looking for someone who can model an astronaut for me. I'm thinking something along the lines of a U.S. Astronaut something like that attached. It wouldn't need to be terribly detailed, but some details. :-) Is that vague enough? I'll know what I want when I see it. Ha! I'll probably want additional modeling work from you, assuming you do a good job with the first one, when you're done with the Astronaut. I'm not rich, just a one-person animator who has zero modelling skills. If this sounds like something you would be interested in doing and you don't charge an arm and a leg, please contact me as soon as possible. Thank…

Hi, I'm looking for someone to create realistic room interiors showing my company's products in attractive settings. Animation is not necessary, though showing different camera angles and maybe even a "fly over" animation would be useful. Ideally it would be great to find someone local (Danbury, Connecticut) because I'd like to get some A:M tutoring too. But this is not mandatory. My company makes acoustic panels, and it's more practical to draw a model than find a beautiful home and ask permission to drill holes in the walls to mount them! Below are a few photos of real rooms with our products along the lines of what I'm looking for. My intent is also to show h…

Were are in need of a plug-in or material. History: We regularly create terrains that have roads, dirt and grass. The roads are rarely straight and getting a blend from the road to the road shoulder to the grass is difficult to do well. We have experimented with creating a gradient material to blend between the road and grass. It works well as long as the road is straight with no curves. The gradient material only seems to work in straight lines. We need either a material that we can specify at least 3 different images (with normals) so we can create a transition that can follow curves, or some other plug-in. The material needs to tile well (wou…

I'm wanting to pay for a highly detailed photorealistic President George W. Bush head, to be constructed based on the following mesh: [attachmentid=23116] The above mesh is a work-in-progress by another artist I'm working with - it's "spline-heavy" and therefore should have adequate geometry to do a fine model. Additionally, I can provide (IF NEEDED) a 3DS prop for use as a reference from a 3D scan of this presidential statue: http://www.francescaskitchen.com/fkstore/p...lastcat75.ihtml If some geometry adjustments are necessary, then USE YOUR BEST JUDGEMENT - just keep the NECK RING THE SAME, so it can be re-attached to the body of my model. Hey gang, Been away for a while working on some projects that involved AM to some point, but haven't had much of a chance to come hang around the boards in a long time. So I'm taking bids from anyone who needs the work, knows what they're doing, and isn't looking to get rich quick off of this. I would need the models done sooner than later if possible. Hello, I am reaching a deadline on a project i have going here and was hoping I could get some assistance from someone. What I am looking for is someone to rig a head mesh using Squesh rig facial display setup. I would try to set it up myself but I have not had the time to even try a run through of any on the tutorials. I would provide you with the mesh of course and we can discuss payment arrangements. I have a need for an exterior model of a house. Curtains could block off most of the view inside from the exterior and I'll need a front or back door that opens for a character to walk thru, but the lighting and camera view will be such that the interior view is blocked off (additionally a simple interior wall could help). Other interior details would not be needed. Also the story needs a driveway and garage - attached or unattached - it's up to you. Besides all of this I'll need one window to be partially opened and a curtain draped so as to partially obscur the view, so the camera can zoom in (Peeping Tom style) to the interior room - WHICH I'LL PROVIDE. Lastly the mode…

I'll say right up front I'm not sure I can afford this. So if you are concerned about wasting your time; don't waste it on me. I make a webcomic called Remedy. Awhile back I was trying to make an animated short for the comic. I have all the voice acting done. I had pretty good quality rotoscopes made by artists for all the characters. But my skill in modeling is lacking and I became both frustrated with the steep learning curve and the slow progress of my abilities and I became incredibly busy with getting the business end of the webcomics site off the ground. So now I'm looking to outsource. I have very limited funds. As I said I don't know if I c…

A former AnimationMentor classmate of mine, Kevin Detwiler, is finishing up his final "short film" project and is looking for someone to help him with lighting it. I got to see his animatic, which was funny, and Kevin's a strong animator (and had Victor Navonne supervising him) so i think this would be a very fine project to be associated with. It takes place mostly inside a gym/health club so someone talented at lighting characters in indoor situations would be good. I recall there is one outdoor scene too. Since he doesn't have a render farm, think solutions that are minutes per frame, not hours. I don't know about pay, if any, but you can contact K…

I'm wanting a human heart model along the lines of this - I'm going for "cool" and a photorealistic style (not cartoony or abstract) - it's not necessary to be scientifically accurate... Nonetheless, it should have the following: 1. extended into and out of "pipes" (just run them a foot or two and then loop them back into themselves - in the final application I'll hook them up to the rest of the scene) 2. An action (or set of actions) that produce "beating" and blood circulation along with demonstration of same in a rendered choreography. 3. Of course some sort of blood-like simulation should be done inside the thing - your choice o…
