Okay what I did was use the wand on the fence and held the shift key while selecting till I got the entire fence then copied and pasted into a new layer went to am and rendered shaggy against blue background so I could select then inverse and get shaggy brought that into PS then pasted a few times into image adjusted position and got this. I did not try to overlap model with the fence that would have required a fence layer with alpha in the AM window along with the background background.zip same shot as photoshop file

The data i used is part if the standard sprite images that come with each version the images should be in materials\ particles\sprites\ the smoke tga etc should be there ...no custom images used in fact the same images would be on any cd versions you might have added zip of images Spriteimages.zip
  13. used the smoke and explosion material that comes with AM had object emitting smoke on path smoked.mov smoked.zip (sprites in data with AM not in zip) this is rough but should get you in the right direction

  15. not surre why you are not seeing anything: did you toggle the sprites on/off with shift 8 and what settings do you show in sprite emiiter maybe the emision rate is set to 0%

  17. you could do this I believe with sprites at two different levels or a smoke like effect could be done with gradient animated material on a model I'm at work now but can try to get an example later

  19. At work right now you can put a exploding model on hold and then release it at the time you want it to explode and or fall apart I know there is a project somewhere I my forum area doing that.   20. You can also use the "force extrude" on the explode/rebuild plugin to create a hollow "shell" etc check search upper right on fourum try exploding breaking etc

  23. for crumbled material I used the default but scaled it up 500%
  24. using the cloth sim idea then saving chor as model and playing around a little rough idea with crumble material paperb.zip edit I think this was the project sometimes I do not save the middle steps paper.zip
