  1. I didn't comment on these in the WIP section, so I will comment here. I love them. The organic fell of the candelstick, yet still looking like something I could really go buy. Nice.
  2. Just admit you took a photo! It look awesome. I see stuff like this and get jealous that I suck at mechanical modeling.
  3. HAHA! That is awesome! I would add one more flake to the top (sorry). But this is looking great. I don't even really know why I like it so much. When you first started on this it made feel Christmasy. Finish!
  4. Yeah Hutch, that's close enough to what I wanted to see. The pot look real nice. What's the intensity for your lights? I can never get my main light to get that dark of a shadow.
  5. Yes, although I don't know how to explain how to do it well...someone?
  6. I've tried motion blur with my hero, but it doesn't look right to me. I would love to see someone try adding comic motion lines to see if they look right. Colin: I love the binary code, but I don't know if the color seems right to me. Too bright i think...
  7. I love the toony feel to it. Please post a pic of your UV so I can see how you textures it, it's great.
  8. I like it, but I don't like how they're floating in mid-air in the vase.
  9. Looks good so far, but I would darken the green and brings the branches in closer together and tworad the center.
  10. First of all, you are crazy, haha. Second I could see you using both. Why not, it's not done very often so could still be considered "innovative". And it might add to the feel of what you are doing.
  11. Your marshmellow is really coming along. I like him.
  12. For an hour of work that looks great. Let's see what you can dso with ten starwaysguy: You can make an AI (abode Illistrator) file then import into a new model in Hash through the AI Wizard. Just right click on a new model in the PWS, go to wizards and pick the AI wizard. Works just like the font wizard except with AI files
  13. The model looks great so far, but I agree with comments on the color. I think you need to calibrate your monitor settings. I think you have your monitor set too bright.
  14. The righteous anger is definately showing now. I agree with the hand thing, but because of the anger I think it should be the back hand that stays fisted. It shows alot more emotion with the back fisted in my opinion. By the way, it looks great!
  15. Now that is sweeet! But finish it, Consarnnit!
  16. Excellent! Are you making a short? If not, better come up with something for that character .
  17. Colin, that is looking great. I love that pose.
  18. I like the racon so far. How did you morph the nose? Or did you just build that part?
  19. Hey John, instead of going all A.D.D. like you do with every project , why don't you work on this one and make it shine. You could have a nice little Christmas Video Card there.
  20. Don't forget to add a subtle reflection to the wood floor.
  21. Excellent! I really think that was the best version of the "spinning logo" I ever saw.
  22. Awesome looking. Was this an accident or was it tweaked? Either way, it's great.
  23. The only thing that seems goofy to me is the constant speed. I think that could use some variation.
  24. Have no idea about your problem, but it looks awesome!

    KONG!

Wow! Great use of the Dodge and Burn tools! I think the bump is perfect at the percentage you have it now. Did you Copy/Flip one side of the texture and then change it a little, or did you do both sides at the same time?
