  1. Cool. For the troll pose, he might turn his head toward the slaugh but keep his eyes on the apple to show he's not solely focused on the apple.
  2. You haven't lost it. On first impression of the first character, I felt his legs were way too long. It's like something is going to snap. And his hooves could be "less blobby". Love the start on the troll. Did you only make these in the last few days? That's fast.
  3. Wow. Beautiful clean style. It's beyond me how to reproduce faces so well. Have you decided to increase the quality of the cartoons or is it just that your style (dare I say talent?) is a little better than McCrary? Don't tell him I said that cos he's talented too and he might draw me in as a dribbling village idiot! Oh and even though it's a filler story, I'll be following along with baited breath.
  4. Nice animation Mark! I think it could benefit a lot from sound. Particularly the explosion.
  5. What format is the sound file? AM only uses wav files properly.
  6. 4 real we need more than an hour. The project is missing loads of files, but at a glance, you might turn off particles in the camera if you don't need them.
  7. Check the ease value. What happens if you scale the red block down to the same size as the small guys ones?
  8. Wow. Looks dare I say, Vue-esque. The only quibble would be that they look too straight but perfect for mid to long distance.
  9. Good luck! I think you're on to a winner with the WPs so it's not that much of a risk. I'm ready for what ever gets thrown at me.
  10. Great start. Why is there a patch out on it's own?

Looking spectacular Stian! You're patches are always so neat and tidy. You model got me pondering.....70k patches is going to be resource heavy. Imagine if you could make the flat patches (that need no bias) into "non-patches". So it would delete all the bias and magnitude data. That might reduce the strain on resources. But it's just pondering. Carry on.
  12. Real nice work. So, are you saying you could control this in HAMR using keys to move it anywhere over the terrain.....like a game?
  13. It should be "Wannabe Clones"! To keep the brand consistent. Nice one for a quickie.
  14. I'd guess the ease of your path constraint gets to 100% at 8 seconds.
  15. Does the process work with displacement maps?
  16. WOW! So different to the usual AM characters. I love it! How long are you using AM/doing 3D? Where have you been and why haven't you been posting!?! What do you use to make the foam characters? Is it an easy process? PS You mis-spelled your forum name!
  17. Yeah, no displacements here either.
  18. LOL Has that rasta Octopus been done somewhere before? It seems a perfect match. Very nice work so far Paul. Looking forward to seeing what you do with all these models. I hope you're YouTubing this stuff.
  19. I wasn't angling for a T-shirt, but since you're offering. It's a shame about Cafepress. Here's some others I found: http://www.spreadshirt.com http://www.zazzle.com/ http://www.printfection.com/ The last one seems to be the best from reviews. Any mistakes were weeded well out in the 1099th revision of the short!
  20. He's not going to the festival. I posted on CGtalk as a short like this has to get noticed! You should try 3D World too. Edit: You might think about opening up the store on your website?
  21. I probably should have said they didn't copy correctly. I'm not sure they were inverted because I had adjusted the bias to make a smooth surface on the original (don't ask ) but on the copied side it was warped. Also Darklimit, do you have any hooks in those areas?
  22. From what you described of the models, then yes, you can copy and paste poses. Have you tried? Or do you not know how to?
  23. Did you alter the biases on any of the splines on the original side? I found they didn't CFA in one model recently.
