  1. AH, I finally have a crit! It's not textureed yet... um, yea, that's about it . I really can't believe the detail in this model, and it's not even done yet. Nice.
  2. I really like the character so far. I would finish the modeling before I went any farther with the hair.
  3. I think she looks pretty good. She does seem a little too buff to me, but that might just be personal preference.
  4. That is freakin' crazy! Would have been nice to have seen this one in the contest.
  5. Nice to see ya. Too bad you couldn't get it ready in time for the contest.
  6. Not too bad, but that arm connection looks like it could use a little work. I would have used a lathed arm and attached it using 5-pointers.
  7. Yeah, the only problem I saw with it was the teeth and the bricks. They were very small though compared with the excellence of everything else .
  8. I would also like to get a look at the wire.
  9. I'm so used to doing it with bump from earlier version. How was the render time?
  10. Mine is on the inside of the manual cover as a number stamped in red ink.
  11. I will be getting back to him at some point. Thanks.
  12. I agree about the hand written stuff. It goes by way too fast. I did get certain words and percentages that 'poped" out though. I did love the use of them in the cuts between.
  13. The "touch" doesn't seem hard enough to me. It looks great. I love what you got so far.
  14. I always love a Photo-toony look. Just to show that I love Dragonlance here's an old link of mine. http://www.hash.com/forums/index.php?showt...p;hl=Dragon-man By the way, I love that part of the books .
  15. I love the idea of a Humpty Dumpty short. If you do work this through, I would love to see it.
  16. Wow, that ship is huge! I love the modeling. I agree about the compression though. It's really hard to tell about the textures. Maybe some stills?
  17. I just can't believe you are doing this. It's just incredible work, Stian.
  18. I think he looks pretty good. I don't know anything about Warhammer, but isn't he a little too thick?
  19. I like the composition of the image, but that just seems like too many les flares.
  20. As A Highlander fan I understood what you were going for, but I can see why others would be confused.
  21. Wow, exceptional work so far. I agree, this was a great e-proposal you have here. If I had a website, or the talent, for a project like this I would be sending it right to you.
  22. Not only was that funny, it is a good idea. Thanks, John.
  23. Yeah that's one of the reasons I made him "photo-toony" to coin a crappy phrase . I thought it would be more interesting to learn animation with this type of character. Here are the wires of JD. I still have not put in the etxra spline rings for the wrists and ankles. Let me know where else I can clean up or add splines. This will also really help make sure I'm getting close to a good animatable model since I don't animate, but would like to start. The model is made in v12, so it will be compatible with either 12 or 13.
  24. Mark I didn't get a chance to add the extra ring splines to the ankles and wrists, but I could post the model and whatever spline tweaking it need I'm sure you'll know better than me. Should I post it here, or do you want me to send it to you privately?
