robcat thanks for responding to my post on the forum re Channels disappearing. Could not figure out how to respond to your message on the forum - not respond button. such an idiot am I.

anyways I can't reproduce the problem deliberately yet it keeps happening and oddly not to the model I'm trying to edit in the Action or Model window. It picks on some other Model in the chor. I'll try again and do some screen grabs to send.
