    Nidaros Cathedral

Thank you so much for the nice comments and support! I'll try the best i can. But since it is hundreds of unique statues on the cathedral I have to cut some corners. Those that will be made is going to be very simplified I'll add a wireframe with the next update I'm modelling it 1:1 in the modelling window. The west front is about 40 meters wide
  5. Hello friends So I have finally started a personal project I have wanted to do for a very long time. It has been put on hold several times due to lack of reference. The model I'm working on is Nidaros Cathedral (Nidarosdomen), which is an very beautiful cathedral in downtown Trondheim (20min bus travel from my home). I have just started modeling the west front. Even at this point I have no clue on how much work I have taken upon But I love every part of the process from Wikipedia from Wikipedia updated 10.09.10 updated 01.28.10
  6. It looks like the forum members that belong to the group "Contributor" isn't able to see the topic?
  7. You probably have the perspective button active. I have added a red circle around it:
  8. You have to create an material. In the attribute, right click and select Change Type To -> Particle System - Fluid, or you can download the tutorial project from this thread
  9. This sounds like better specs to me. NTSC and 30fps is an US standard and 25 is an European standard, while 24 is worldwide cinematic standard? using 640x480 will give you some more room in the top of the frame to play with the bounce of the ball. My two cents
  10. I like the improvements you did to the model. He looks very much like a youngster now. very cute model, and spline efficient!
  11. Thank you for the comments guys. The videos was created to be used at trade shows as attention catchers, and for that they worked very well. The XMEGA video is harder to understand than the picoPower teaser, and we would have redone most of the video if we had the time. The XMEGA is about the event system (ravens) working independent of the CPU (Odin), Mimirs Well is the data input. Thanks. The lightballs are made in AE, but the runic letters are made in ParticleIllusion3, wrapped around a cylinder in A:M and rendered
  12. Very nice character. I like him. Personally I would love to see his beard modeled to match the style of his hair
  13. i don't know what happened, but its up and running again
  14. Hello friends I want to show you the latest collaborated animation done for Atmel. This is part two of the MCU teasers, part one can be found here. 15. Wohoo! You got frontpage on CGTalk! Well deserved Dusan. I wish you the best of luck
  16. What is the error message? Or is "Invalid Project File" all you get?
  17. Yeah that is true, but for me the bias tends to get inverted
  18. You might have Mirror Mode active when doing the cfa? Just a shot in the dark
  19. Haha! He looks cool, though a little "special" I like him very much
  20. Be more specific! What version of A:M are you using? If you don't know, go to Help->About Animation Master. You also need try to explain what exactly you are doing when A:M crash. Some information about your computer could also be helpful, to rule out problems with to little RAM, outdated Video Card driver etc
  21. Hi Rodney Why not just build your office, or the room you are at when using A:M. That way you got all the reference you need within an arms reach:) Thats what I did when I tried to model interior.
