Hi again spliners ...

I modeled this some months ago, now I was authorized to show it...

I am determined in two projects ( private and TWO ) but when I have a time I will make a more realistic render... for while this is the result

without texture ( in this update still there were problems with the mesh )

Yeah, it's nice.

Don't you guys get tired of that brand spankin' new look with super shiny flawless body? I think that's what gives it away as a CG instead of a real car. How about a ding, a chip in the windshield, some fade on the hood and roof, dirt on the tires?

Marcos did a rally car with a whole bunch of mud splatter and windsield wiper streaks - that was amazing :D

Don't get me wrong, this is amazing too! Just too sterile.

thx friends !!

Dhar and Daniel - would you sell a dirty car to your customer? :)

Just kidding I agree whit you ... as I said before.. I will render a more realistic scene later ( this includes the dirt / ding ).

Thx again ....

If it made it look more like a REAL car, you bet! :D

Hey, I'm not seeing any active model tag to view the file with.

Was it there in the first post of this thread ?

It doesn't seem to be there now.

Or is it my browser problem?

Anyone confirm?

There are two images attached, and visible, in the first post of this thread. I'm not sure what you men by , "active model tag", but if you can't see the images it must be your browser.
