  1. Do you play counterstrike!? The reason its so grey is because of the room...... and the lighting.... theres not much for it to reflect, and low intensity light (harly any spec). Thx, im working on the details right now.... ill have a render by tonight. I think. Ben
  2. Nice looking rig Jamagica! you seem to keep getting better n better! I really Love the model to! nice job on that! Jam: Try compressing it using win rar, u can then put a zip in a rar, for more compression. Ben
  3. Hey, it's been a while since I've posted somthing new. Since i saw that wonderful katana render, i was inspired again to make something cool with animation master. I decided to make my favorite gun. The desert Eagle .50 cal (most powerful handgun today [i belive]). Rendered with radiosity, its not quite done at 2600 patches. The bullets are modifed from the one that i made in the bullet thread in the material lab. Ben C&C wanted and welcome.... even if its harsh
  4. Nice. you mean 17000 patches? Animation master doesnt work with polygons, unless it totaly changed from 12.0g
  5. you could use a light gel for that....
  6. WOAH thats pretty sweeet! Nice job Ben
  7. Nice! One thing i would try.... maybe only about 10 percent global ambience on the light. I think if you could see the scene just slightly more easily, it would look great! And maybe a bit less volume on those lights, if your going for realism. Ben
  8. I belive he said he used radiosity! If you wouldn't mind, i would like to know your basic light setup.... I'm interested in radiosity, and your setup seems to have worked very very well! Thanks Ben
  9. That looks great! I Would love to see some animation of this charater, very freindly Nice job, and sorry that you missed the contest, i would have voted for you (I THINK ) Ben
  10. That looks great, just a bit of an evniorment to reflect and some ripples, and it would be complete Nice job, i wonder how you did that..... Ben
  11. Well, i don't think that its ur Pc ..... There are alot of reasons radiosity could take a while to calculate. 1. ur scene is not enclosd.... that makes it take alot longer. 2. Your lights are set up oddly, and are intersecting objects And some other ones i forgot. On 11.1.... there wre some issues with radiosty, i would try just hitting esc when its calculating after about 15seconds... and it should work. Ben
  12. -edit- nvm- I like that last image the best! It looks .... real There pretty cool Ben
  13. SWEEETT! That image is amazing if you ask me! Yet so simple.... Did you use radiosity? I don't think you did, but im not sure...? Ben
  14. That looks pretty good. I once did somthing for NASA... http://www.hash.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=15818 Ben
  15. I posted in your other thread my model.... i think it had teeth...
  16. Pretty stunning ! REALY NICE JOB! Ben
  17. Nice start! If you are just rendering out one final picture, i would suggest looking into radiosity, it will make for a jaw droping final, If done right of course Ben
  18. That is a crazy awesome model! For the brick, you might want to look into Dark sim textures, there are a whole bunch of good ones, for what you are doing Nice job BTW! what is your patch count? Ben
  19. I like your model alot! One thing though, he seems abit . . . sqaureish? I'm not sure, but maybe more weigh on the front hoof thingys? Ben
  20. Nice! One question though, what were your render times and settings? Ben
