If it is too late to organize, my next thought is text editing. You could open the file in a text editor and fix the non-working paths to be working ones. That would be a daunting task for 70 decals but it is likely that many of them have some common element that can be fixed with one search and replace command.

If there IS no alpha channel in the image you can set a "Key color" for the image. Expand it's listing inthe Images Folder to see that parameter. Unlike alpha channel transparency, it clears out only the exact RGB color value you set as a key so it will typically give you a jaggy result.

Interesting idea. Maybe there could just be a siren that goes off every time you cross more than two splines.

The most significant "animator" problem I see is that you have lots of "isolated motion" Her arms are moving independently while her torso remains locked in space. It's just about impossible to move one's arms without some effect on the torso and typically one would turn the torso into the gesture to put some shoulder into the motion toward the book.

is that the way they hold the wand in the movies? i think of the way Tinkerbell would hold a wand as if she was going to tap things with it, that just says "magic wand" more.

The stupid mistakes are the best ones, it's easy to see the solution!

On "Refind Normals"... the first time won't flip everything but if you do it several times over it will get everything in the same direction.

On the other hand, each of those live action directors had about 10 talented friends to act and crew and do it for free to help get the film made. With animation you don't need the talented friends so much although it would still help.

It's even worse! When I took TWO to the film festival in Louisiana everything else there was live action. Before each film the directors would talk about them and answer questions. How long did it take them to make their films? "Two weeks to shoot..." "A week to shoot..." "A couple weekends to shoot..." And they were good-looking, entertaining productions! The editing stage was usually much longer but still... you just can't crank it out like that in animation.

If William's tut doesn't get you going we can look at your case here and figure it out.

I think it must be left over from non-GUI word processing programs that ran in DOS. I've never seen it used in a Windows program to actually insert anything.

Let's see... just brainstorming here... Does the table need to be that big? Can it be smaller so you can move in closer to her and the props on it?

Here's some general guidance on emulating the Windows Insert Key on a Mac INSERT key usage in Windows on a Mac However, I still think creating a shortcut in A:M that you find convenient is your best bet.

IF there isn't a Mac equivalent you can define any key to be any command you want in the Tools>Customize>Keyboard tab

I'll add that the "scale like" constraint has a "scale scale" parameter so if the two bones are not the same size before the constraint is applied the "scale like' constraint could still make them so when it is turned on.

I presume the installer itself finished running properly, yes? What sort of graphics card do you have? By any chance is the "color depth" control of the graphics driver not set to "32-bits"?
