Sorry about not posting Waheed, it's just that when I see something done so well, there's not much to say, other than awesome

Uh oh..Ken's busted. The wheel inspector showed up Great model BTW

Where's it from? And is it modeled in A:M?

Nice start. Acoustic guitars have a sharper edge as they go back. Yours look more like an electric guitar. I made a chelo for a project of mine, I show it as an example of what I'm talking about. [attachmentid=17389] As for the strings, that'll depend on the shot. If it's a close up shot and you want to show the strings vibrating, then you'll have to assign bones to each one and play with blur feature until you get the look you want. In my project, the chelo is in the background so no string detail is needed ...wheeew!

Whoa! That's awesome. You may be sick of this scene, but I enjoyed every bit of its progress.

Received mine last night - Way to go Mr. Rogers, this is top quality work.

Hi Learner, It looks like you started into animation the same way I did. I started with cell animation, ,took a few community college courses, read animation books (must have: The Illusion of Life). Then as the computer revolution arrived and blew me away with computer graphics, I went back to community college and took few classes on computer graphics and animation. Then I discovered Animation:Master. Now I discovered myself being involved in a full scale movie production of the Tinwoodman of Oz. Life hasn't been better since

Here's a quickie: In bones mode, add a bone up to halfway of the model and assign the middle and bottom CPs to it [attachmentid=17238] With Bone1 chosen add Bone2 (this'll make Bone1 the parent bone) and assign the top CPs to it [attachmentid=17240] With Bone2 chosen add Bone3 to one of the eyes (this'll make the eye child of Bone2) and assign all the eye' CPs. [attachmentid=17241] Then choose Bone2 again and add Bone4 for the other eye (this'll also make it child of Bone2 which is a child of Bone1) and assign the CPs. [attachmentid=17242] If squash & stretch will be used, then refer to David's post (who modestly calls himself "itsjustme"), one of the most helpful and knowledgeble Hashers in the forum. Hope this helps. Oh, and then you simply manipulate the bone handles to contort the shape of the box [attachmentid=17243]

If the movements anything like in my bootcamp exercise, then that's very easy. Please check the juice box exercise & see if that's what you're doing to your TV (go to post #36). http://www.hash.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=18796&st=30

- Have the eyes bones be children of the body bone. - What kind of body distortions are you trying to achieve?

To answer your question, yeah, everybody had that problem (well, almost everybody). What I did was reposition his foot manually. It's hard to comment on the cancan without a picture, however, others had problems with it. It helps to tell us what version of A:M you're using, have you upgraded? and what type of system your operating?

WOW! That's some awesome work. Glad to see you back Lazlo

Dude, those shoes are way to big for her feet

Superb! I can see now how his arms stretch to the side. Like you said, the u-joint is hidden under the shoulder (rotator cuff) cover.

Good job Sam. The camera action needs a little work, I didn't see Thom get burned, all I saw was the ray shooting next to him. I wonder why people abuse Thom. Is it because he has no eyes or facial features? If he had a face like the other characters, would people still abuse him? I wonder.

Oh yeah.. sweat...

Nice work Jody. I didn't know you were into needles

That looks really good. One crit. if I may; the guy that's ducking freezes un-naturally. My expectation is that after he ducks he'll keep leaning in the same direction as the rock slide so as to soften the blow (a natural reaction). Good job. Can't wait to see more

I clicked on the link. Is that all there is to it?

Ordered mine today. I also ordered Anzovin's book. Thanks for this helpful topic guys.
