  1. Also, you should advertise that on that other famous general 3D forum. It's great publicity for you and AM.
  2. I love the snow landscape and the cityscape. How were they done?
  3. Bump Aaver: Did you ever get round to developing a plugin for doing footprints in the sand? It would come in handy right about now. Thanks.
  4. I thought this had been mentioned, but he looks very shiny. Are you going for that look or have you not set up the lights yet?
  5. It you're going for the A typical teddy look, the legs look abit long(and wide?) to me. It would also cut your render time down. Lookin good though.
  6. Whaa! No fair. You get to model pretty young babes, while I'm stuck doing ugly old men! Big improvements....fat ankles though.
  7. That's really good. If you wanted to, you can donate this to the next cd coming out next year sometime.
  8. It's a swell model. You shouldn't have a problem getting someone to rig it (I don't have time). I think someone round here actually enjoys doing that Her hair is especially nice but her erm crotch area looks to be quite long in proportion to everything else.
  9. You're doing a stormer Anders! Thanks!
  10. Man this looks better than the Half Life 2 scenes and they're good. You should spread this far and wide.
  11. I think I recognise those hands. On first seeing the image, I thought the arms looked too long. But looking furthur, I'm not sure.
  12. I don't use the 2001 rig, so I can't comment. I'd like to see wireframes though please.
  13. Yeah that's a beaut. What rig is it?
  14. LOL If you speed it up it looks like he's "gettin' on down"...or in a mental assylum. You picked a difficult topic to tackle. Sure, the animation required is probably minimal but it's harder to make it interesting then. Perhaps you could zoom into his mind and show what he's concentrating on? The little animation (and set and effects) in this piece indicates you are more than capable of taking on more complex projects.
  15. Good Stuff! I thought you might make a Star Wars character first. That bank robber looks sleepy.
  16. The model looks great. I can see that banging away really quickly as part of another massive machine. You're model is faultless, but I'd like to see you improve the presentation. Although this looks better than your previous projects.
  17. It's just one point of Light source (The sun(s)). Try it and see.
  18. Rather cool. Some of the splines along the centre line appear to be discontinuous.
  19. Good point. A teaser would have a cliff hanger ending. For example showing some sort of threat as the ship moves off. Allow people to create their own story of what might happen. Another small thing would be to add abit of space dust in front of the ship. Right now, there's nothing to give it a sense of scale. DoF and dust might convey that better. The actual ship design is great. I'd like to see some more things to break up the straight parts though. The above are just thoughts to perfect(IMO) something that's already cool....
  20. That's great. Much better than I had imagined.
  21. I'll let you into a secret and it can only be really done with AM(that I know). Firstly the model is only half made(50% of the work).....but mainly, some of the parts....specifically the hands have been copied and pasted from an earlier model I made. So, the more models you make, the faster you can get at making them because there are parts you can use canablolise! Try doing that with polys!
