Sorry if you are having issuing downloading not sure why... Also the video is a bit rough the program I used to get the action adjusts a pose base on volume of the sound in this case opening and closing the mouth and shifting the head slightly so it will be a bit "quivery" ..... I listen to newer music often keeps me from getting to out of date.

Yours looks better I was playing with photoshop and a tut on how to make lighting images then got carried away with an image then decide to apply it as a decal for color and and cookie cutter in the new beta as a quick test this is simple sample

newtonhelpermisuse.mov newtonhelper.zip When you use the rebuild wizard you get a new model that is made of small models that resemble the original model you rebuild like legos to make a model With Newton helper you can rebuild to get the same effect but can choose the small models Otherwise you will get something like the sample above
