  1. some simbiot textures are animated and wil move...water... others stay put here is a techoborg simbiot material on a .05 dino animated rough;y to stretch some areas borg.mov
  2. very nice ...if your not talented enough to model..thats me... you can get some flat models easily if you have photoshop you make a path around the shape/character you want then export it as an illustrator file and paste the original on as a decal I think there is a tut by Gene explaining how here is the imported illustrator file model without the decal pnemo.mov pnemo1.mov another kenny.mov
  3. as stated 30 per sec so for a 1 minute animation you need 60 x 30 frames or 1800 frames
  4. you don't add a picture to the material you apply it as a decal to the model then change the type to what you need color bump displacement

  7. Any material applied or decal applied can be use to make bump/displacement setting on a model by changing the type of decal or adjusting the material settings think white up black down.

  11. made another 1.98 model this time of a rabbit and did a quick action combined with some chor action which I recorded with a black background with the alpha buffer turned on to get a series of tgas use the series as the sprite image this is the results ... bunnyanimated.mov Not really great but at least the animated sprites worked

  23. Very Nice I like playing with animated texture just remember you can do that directly in AM I threw this together animating the texture and dispacement right in AM slob.mov slob.zip a little to fast not as blob-like yours
