  1. Did a real fast project.... obviously there is some leakage but with a denser mesh and slower movement some playing with fluid settings and gravity...maybe... bot.mov bot.zip good luck let us know how it goes
  2. you can animate material over time a get an effect similar to what you are asking this example just translates the material overtime in the negative z direction gate.mov v15a project file gate.zip

  4. rules = constraints in a pose or action select the bone right click new constraint and among them you'll find what you're looking for
  5. Or if nothing else uninstall am and the reinstall it (if your using a pc you could also delete it from the registry first if you are comfortable with that) or on a mac I believe you delete the preference folder ..not a mac person....then reinstall
  6. are you using the latest version of qt...it might be causing the problem update I uninstalled the latest quicktime and installed the version before that and the rotoscope problem you mentioned disappeared

  13. Audacity load file export as wave AM import image animation...choose avi file right click on avi file choose save as choose mov and compression

  19. took way action and in a pose added a random expression to change the stiffness in the dynamic section for hair afeather.mov afeather.zip
  20. I didn't try wind but attempted a very quick wing flap with some groomed feather image hair made maybe a bit to stiff but here is what I got feather.mov featther.zip project with feather.tga Wish I had more time to play

  24. Caroline is correct check the direction of the normals you'll see the hair going into the model here is a render of 2 5 point patches with hair
