  1. *lol* No... for a 3d paint-plugin in A:M (like Tatoo, Bodypaint or DeepPaint3d)... *Fuchur*
  2. Or sou just get one of the free webspace-accounts... it wont be nice, cause of the advertising but it is better than nothing... *Fuchur*
  3. I dont want to be some kind of snoopy but... How long will the animation be? Approximatley? *Fuchur* PS: To make it short: Great animation, great character, nice short...
  4. Hi, The creases at the feet result of too tight spline-circles... I think it is already on the go to become bigger again. Try to scale the circle to a vaule, where the points are tight together, but on the ride "side"... Just scale them a bit larger and you will see what is wrong. (sorry, cant explain it in a better way...) *Fuchur*
  5. Okay... my suggestions: If you make the hair by a emitter or by splines is just a question of your style. The body itself could be modelled by a spline, which will be rotated (lathe) round an achses. Just try it out and you will see, what is happening... That is quite easy and effective. You should set the amount of CPs a CP-circle will have, as you want to... u did it before when you did the eye.... (set it under options) In my opinion, the beard shouldnt be connected to the head as you did.... You can make a hair-emitter for it, or you just make a cone and just move it near the chin. *Fuchur*
  6. Search in your Installation on the PC where it worked for the plugin and just copy it to the other pc in the same directory... Maybe that will help...
  7. Nice cut... Thanks for that one... was fun to watch it A Happy new Year to you, too! *Fuchur*
  8. I dont know why, but that style reminds me a bit of "The Road to El Dorado".... http://www.roadtoeldorado.com/ I really liked that movie... *Fuchur*
  9. *smile* Nice girlfriend... try to keep her... I meant exactly what john thought. Wasnt very serious though... *g* That you get some strange results with porcelain could be the result of flipped normals... go to "option" and go to the "modelling"-tab, turn the "normals on" and look, if they all point in one direction (to the outside)... if that isnt so, you can use the patch-select-tool (it is at the right under the addCP-button) and then press the "f"-button or right-click on the selection and chose "flip normals". That should turn them. After that, you have to delet the porcelain-material and then reimport it or restart A:M.... I dont know why, but that is the way it has to be done... Hope that helps *Fuchur*
  10. Ohoh.... big mistake boy... turn around and get rid of the model... Not that it isnt quite nice, but if it wont be very very nice and a bit complementary. This is verrry dangerous... *gg* *Fuchur*
  11. I would make numbers... I have a longer project in progress and I used to use letters etc.... At the end I was at something like: "Projectzzzzzzzzs" or something... use numbers and the problem of confusion will fade away... (there are invinity numbers but just 26 letters...) *Fuchur*
  12. Very, very nice! I really like him! *Fuchur*
  13. *lol* Nice Characters and a nice funky style... Impressive! *Fuchur*

    Photon Room

    Really amazing pictures...! *Fuchur*
  15. I think much money was spent to develope the new facial-animation-mocap-technology they use in this film... *Fuchur*
  16. Nice! So it worked out... For all who thought divx was just for PCs... here you can get the Mac-Version: DIVX for Mac *Fuchur*
  17. I used Divx 5.02 with Mp3-Audio-Decoder... You should be able to see the movie in your WMP but if not, you can use the ThePlayer (the divx-player which is installed with divx) and it should work... *Fuchur*
  18. I had that problem before with some guys... you can avoid that by copy/paste the link in the adress-line. I don't know why it doesnt work with one click for some and for some it does... maybe a different browser or something... copy this to your adress-line: http://mitglied.lycos.de/fuchur1984/robots.zip I hope that helps... *Fuchur*
  19. ... a battlerobot to you? No? It's time then! *Fuchur* PS: - LINK - Länge = length Auflösung = resolution Größe = filesize (if you like to vote: Note 1-6 = grad 1-6 PPSS: When you are on the page, please download the zip-file by right-clicking on the link and push "save as". PPPSSS: If you are just interested in characteranimtion, this has no CA in it. It's just a little short...
  20. I dont know exactly, but you have to prepare the spline for extruding it... So you need (in my opinion) several separate parts... for example the windows should be each one part... so it is possible to turn them down later, etc. You can do it now or later... but I would start as early as possible with it... *Fuchur*
  21. The hook is made by making a spline, than dont leftclick on the next spline you like to devide but right+left-click at it... *Fuchur*
  22. Maybe you could deliever the model to us, so we could look into it and give you some more tips on doing it better? *Fuchur* PS: I dont think that is it too bad after all... if you get the creases out, it will get a good model (maybe)
  23. I think you just pushed the extrude-button at the wrong places... Try to connect the splines by hand where they are too straight and it should work better... In the end you can make a smooth surface in many ways. Maybe even like what you did here... If you have too many problems with the handlers(shouldnt be there... maybe when you try to animate them but not in the modelling-window) you can control the biases by activating the "Show Manipulator Properties"-option or in the properties itself, but that needs some expierence. *Fuchur* PS: After that you can try the smooth-plugin from s.gross...
  24. Someone ask about the English in the spot, so I will explain it and play the "smart ass/wise guy": It is not unusal to have a english slogan for companies in Germany (or even whole Europe). But actually they had a little bit fun with words there, yes... Bisc&(Biscand) is the name of the biscuits/cookies you can see in the spot. The German 'Biss' (quite equally spoken) have a second meaning: something to eat has a nice bite/(pep). (bite = Biss) So: No bite, no fun no bisc no fun *Fuchur* PS: Fun is a word every german will understand...
  25. You've got some nice translate-programs... What do you use? *Fuchur* PS: Very cool boys-> sehr cool jungs...
