  1. Thank you for your comments I have not yet rigged it so when I do, Ill get those guns in different positions. The water is actually the ocean material on the A:M cd, I believe Sutton made it? This render was supposed to use IBL, but I got some artifacts (have had it before, when I try to render the image I get a very blue tint all over, usually I've fixed that by simply restart A:M, but in this case it did not work. So this is an AO with Global Color Hopefully I'll make some dirtmaps, but at the moment I don't have the time. Unfortunately I've forgotten the rendertimes I could try to do a quick pose for the guns (since its not yet rigged) and do a render, but I dont understand what kind of view you want it in... Thanks again Best regards Stian
  2. Thank you all for your comments so far I've done a few environment test. This is colorful renders. perhaps it is Bismarcks last dawn? planing on doing some dark renders later. Hope you like these ones. Best regards Stian [attachmentid=19289] [attachmentid=19290] [attachmentid=19291]
  3. I've just consolidated the project to be sent to the Extra DVD. I did resize some of the textures so that the project didn't get so very big. From being over 80MB its now scaled down and zipped up to 7MB Since I used IBL on this project and the HDRI images was taken from here: HDRI images, is it legal to include them in the consolidated file?
  4. Thanks Here is an new update. I've placed all the materials to their designated groups. What I have to do now is to tweak the materials, add some dirtmaps and hopefully manage to create an environment for the boat Best regards Stian [attachmentid=19203] [attachmentid=19204] [attachmentid=19205] [attachmentid=19206]
  5. Have you tried to creat a new model, copy the mesh from the old one and paste it into the new model window? Nice looking toolbox
  6. Thank you guys I totally agree with that. Havent spent to much time on the rendering settings, just made a setup to show of the boat (progress renders). hopefully I'll be able to make a nice render at the end, with ocean (eventhough environments is something I'm really weak on). Here is a quick texturing of the arado plane: [attachmentid=19155]
  7. Ha all. I've finally started on the texturing. I'm still in a very early stage on the texturing part, but I have managed to do a few test already. Let me know what you think Best regards Stian [attachmentid=19144] [attachmentid=19145] [attachmentid=19146] [attachmentid=19147]
