You should be getting a shadow of the bulb on the ground there. Also, there's not much volumetrics going on there so try playing with the brightness and contrast values.
Oh yeah, it's in the competition. You should see it sometime after the 4th March. Also, I didn't elliminate it completely. It seemed to have problems in an enclosed space.
Anyway....back on topic....
I think there's less light on this side of the house. I brightened the latest in PS and liked it better as you can see the roughness of the walls better. But I like abit of darkness in there.
He looks great! You've a style of your own and I think you've improved on your last character. I'd say the shoes look abit too egg shaped and perfect. Also I agree with the comments above.
I love the volumetric spotlight he's in! God I love volumetrics!!!Every light should have one! He seems like a magician on stage.
I think it would be good to have a really famous painting (eg Mona Lisa) but it's turned upside down because people in this art gallery like it better that way.
I've just compiled an animation with sound in AM and it doesn't have any chirps. But I did have to trim a few of the sounds as they had extra waves in them that other players ignored. Maybe that's the problem?
Sorensen is built into AM. Just go to quicktime in the render settings and look in it's settings. In there you'll see at the top a drop down menu and the codec is there. As others have said, it's an excellent codec.
I agree. The width of the head seems right, so it might just be a matter of detailing the bone. Also, I'm sure I saw one or two splines around the eye that weren't necessary at both ends....hooks could be used.
