  1. Also, the TWO project needs flowers and toadstools just like that! Hint hint.
  2. Looks great. Maybe vary the length abit more? Will their feet interact with the grass?
  3. I hope that's going on the extra dvd. Quite educational. Imagine Venus was the size of Jupiter! That would be one long eclipse.
  4. That turned out nice. I think it needs some dirt and the guns need to be less uniform in position. Then you got a damn fine desktop wallpaper. How's the water done?
  5. Very cool project. You should do a flyby animation to accompany it. Is the earth moon really that big?
  6. And so the case is solved. Solved by none other than the perpetrator, no less. How so very ironic. The FBI will be at your door soon Nancy. Thank you for you co-operation. It will lead to a reduced sentence.
  7. With out an image, I'd guess it's the normal indicator lines. Press Shift 3 (I think) or go to the modelling tab in the options to turn them off.
  8. Funny stuff and nice animatin'. I do notice very little movement in the cowboys eyebrows though.....oops showcase forum....exxxcellent.
  9. The udders are particularly appealing. This could start a whole new fashion trend. Nice likeness.
  10. Try pressing Control and D together. It activates the decals. Though you should see them in a render still. If that's not it, I suggest posting a screenshot of the problem.
  11. Whoohoo! Bismarck lives! The rail really makes a difference. It's like there's people on it now. PS Let us know when you post this on another forum. I want to see the replies!
  12. Thanks Eric. No ao, just three lights strategically placed. From what I remember I spent about a week on and off working on it. Probably about 20 hours in total.
  13. Thanks guys. I'll be really interested in seeing the finished product.
  14. That's looking cool. I've missed most of the thread and it would be really cool to be able to view all the (final) clips in one continuous movie. If there is such a download, point me to it. I also wonder why you didn't just constrain the umbrella to the hand. Maybe you mentioned it somewhere.
  15. Great work Jeff. I agree....it's like he can't make his mind up whether he should relax on his nice comfy web or spring into action. Also, does Spiderman not have webbing on his palms?
  16. Here's something Bob C told me that I keep safe: Your chor action comes after the dialog action, and is set for replace. In the chor action are some of the same bones which control the face, including a null called synch... If you need to animate these face bones in the chor too, then you can solve this problem in one of 3 ways: 1) You can animate them in a chor action which has the blend method set to add instead of replace. 2) You can animate them in a chor action which is above the dialog action in the tree, so the dialog will override the chor action. 3) Place the motion in a chor action whose duration expires just before the dialog becomes active. If you need motion after as well, you can create yet another chor action. Not sure about cd 2.
  17. Good changes on the chest. In the image Martin posted, his pecks seem to be "bulgier" but it might just be the pose. Is there a crease on his jawline? The AO renders seem patchy on his face.....like you can see the spline boarders. As for conforming, I don't think there's such a feature.....would the surface constraint do it? If not, it's off to AM Reports with you!
  18. What version of AM are you using? The pop up means you send the project to that site.....or if not that, try posting it here. Also, steps saying how to repeat the error.
  19. Where had you saved the model up to then? Did you have any iterations? Post something here and we could salvage it.
  20. Verrrry cool. You'll be modeling the girl on the bonnet next.
  21. That looks better...and a good suggestion by Stuart.
  22. KenH

    YAY!

Welcome aboard! If you can do that with Blender, I can't wait to see what you do with AM.
  23. Your experiments are reaching new heights John! Good work.
  24. It's the icon in the top toolbar.....in between the show manipulator properties panel and world space icons. This should be in the manual if it isn't already as it's essential in being able to see what direction splines are going. It could solve alot of newbie confusion.
  25. That's weird. I've never experienced this, so it might be something to do with modelling technique. If you can, post the model or part of it. It may be solvable.
