  1. I especially love the dragon. You just have to do something with him too!
  2. Hey Stephen. Any developments on this? I hope it's not going to just gather dust. An affirmative with out details would suffice.
  3. Maybe you have some video reference or screenshots? Perhaps you might need to make a specific root bone(s) with the start at the head and end at the feet.
  4. One of the previous exhibitors of AM at shows was also an excellent magician. His name escapes me right now. Maybe you could contact him through the circle and ask him about it!
  5. Wow. Congratulations. It looks very professional.
  6. Check that it has a serial number/box etc. That way you can upgrade for $99 if it's not the latest version.
  7. No. In spite of it being called Animation Master it can do everything you need to make a movie. (In fact Hash is making one right now....check out TWO in the other sections of the forum). So, that includes modeling, rigging, texturing, lighting, rendering etc. AM just specializes in animation.
  8. Iclone looks to be a poly program whereas AM uses splines. You can export from AM, but there are a few hoops to jump through and even then you're only getting the mesh.....no bones etc etc. A shame you spent all your budget on that before finding AM. How did you hear of AM?
  9. From experimenting, increasing the mass seems to make the cloth react more violently ie air resistance has less of an effect on it. Sometimes I think you have to close/reopen to see changes on some of the values.
  10. Forcing a keyframe usually only works of bones you have already moved. You'll have to copy/move it manually at frame 10.
  11. I'm not big into trucks, but on this one I'll make an exception. Excellent work. Another one for Hash to display.
  12. It seems like it's something other than the speeder. Camera? Light rig?
  13. Just delete all models except for the main subject. Then the background will be the camera background color which won't vary. You could probably turn on the alpha option in the render options dialog to make things easier too.
  14. Where ever would we get that idea!? Looking good. Though personally, I would change the camera angle at the end where her hand comes across her face.
  15. I feel a sudden flush of "Americanitis" coming on.......Yea! Awesome! You rock dude! Really nice work. Who's "we" and what's this all for?
  16. It should be in the pose window if you open it when you select the character in an action/chor. ALT 4 opens the window.
  17. Hey Robert.....was that made in AM from scratch or imported in? It seems that many of the circular features could be done in a quarter of the splines you have there. It's not a big issue on one model, but I know you have chors with many models like that and it's going to take a toll on your computer (in some way).
  18. Oh actually, an HDRI image is an image where you can optionally extract detail in light (over exposed) or dark (under exposed) areas of the image. This image can then be used for Image Based Lighting (IBL) where you surround your shot with this HDRI and it renders realistically and without the need for lights.
  19. Looking good! Though you should learn how to use AO or HDRI or one of those.
  20. Tomb Raider!!!! Very nice animation David.
  21. There are lots of eyeballs in the characters on the cd/dvd. But making a sphere is just a semi-circle lathed.
  22. If you want to keep the offset, you can set it to the same value as your grid. Then it's just a simple nudge with the arrow keys to get it back on the base line.
  23. Does he have to be cute? Personally, I prefer the original.
