  9. Gerry you need to turn off the IK for the bone you are going to smart skinn ,ie bicept turn off IK for that arm

  11. Looks good ,especially when he blows the smoke away and it moves well .Nicely done

If you havent allready you could try lowering the colision detction to say .5 and change the angle limits to 90 or whatever siuts ,other than that you could try puting more geometary on where it goese throughand add it to the head bone,would give the colision detct more to detect .Hope thats of some help.maybe try forces on/off Steve

  14. Hees a screenshot of the settings in 17b for the hair emmiter

Yea it was there but sfter setting it to 70 and then grooming the hair and a few quick renders it seems to have disapeard.I was wandering if another setting puts that one out somehow Ill post a screenshot when I finish this render in around 30 mins edit Ahh you sead 17a Im on 17b maybe thats it
  16. Im doing hair on a charector and set the face cammera to 70 but think I need to change it but can,t seem to find it now anyone have clue to where its gone

HAha no its not very eligant is it ,I was really just doing the bit on the hips /stomack when she comes down and up again,using the squoch ,squich rig ,I think it could work well in another model where it is rigged properly.Ive never seen anyone use it so thought I would give it a go Robert Ive got so many of your vidios and text that I keep as ref you wouldn;t bileave so thanks for this one aswell
  22. got this so far ,this is an older model that I triede to put the squoch rig in and got so far then gave up ,I changed the head recantly and it now has part 2008 rig ,I think waight.mov waight_2.mov
