I couldnt see the victors tut but I like how extreme you went on the squash pose. You can get away with a lot for a couple of frames like that. Channel 4 in the UK is currently showing an "animation top 100" programme, and they have just shown a clip of The Incredibles... ...and all I could think of was "I know exactly who animated that shot!" I love the way he breaks it down and explains exactly how the movements are applied and the reasoning for each pose. Ken, You're application of the techniques on Scarecrow is really good too!!!!
