wow - that is looking really good - and even tho you said it needed tweaking it has a very polished, accomplished, engaging look - lots of good expression - love the interaction between eyeball & main character - I assume the story is about the adventures of a boy & his "eyeball"? ;)

Hi Jack,

This is still another a big step forward from what I saw last.

Great work!!!!!

One minor think:

Why not give eyeball some eyelid blinks as well?

I think , that would add more expression to him, thats otherwise a bit difficult to achieve......

This is an animation update to the scene.

1. Hands are now final animation with a new hand rig.

2. Added minor shoulder shrug movement

3. Added eyelid to eyeball so he can blink (Thanks Jake for the suggestion)

Please make note this is just one camera angel and cut away shots have not been edited in yet.

We are still needing to do final lighting but are holding off until animation is locked down.

Thank you for the kind words on the last post it is greatly appreciated.

Really impressed seeing this - perhaps your camera work is the best - cutting out a bit of "reality". How many hours have you used to build and animate this scene?

To be a bit critical - doing something trying to look real - will be very hard - because every detail not fitting in will be distracting... Now I am sitting looking at the teeth all the time - bad teeth I am telling myself - it is too much spaces between them I believe...

Here is the same clip but with a different lighting set up. Going for glow from monitors on dash feel.

We are still needing to added into the shot the light effect from the rear boosters and Stars moving in back ground when ship moves out of control at end .

Sorry for the low quality compression of the clip but trying to keep file size down.

Look forward to hearing what you all have to say.

Thanks every body for the suggestions and opinions it is greatly appreciated. We will be back with the next changes soon.

1. Updated cockpit seat with much more detail.

2. Blinking lights on side panels and on dash

3. Light flare from rear boosters showing in back ground through canopy glass

4. Bump up dash monitor glow a little more.

5. Star background movement when ship moves

6. Finalize animation on them flying around in cockpit.
