That iMacs 2 versions old (sounds like you bought it just before the Aluminium versions - the non white ones) came out. Before the current 21 and 27" were the 20 and 24" Aluminiums (same colour finishe as the new breed). Yours was the version earlier.
Just fill in your own information in those boxes. Just put 'na' in the company name. Once you've installed the software (and you are linked to the internet) the application will attempt to activate and that long ID supplied in the email from Hash is your activate ID.

Is there anything 'legal' on Torrents?
As others have stated there is no demo version of AM - there are legal versions and there are pirate versions - I do hope you do not possess the latter (installs of AM require an internet connection so it can communicate with HASH)

Yeah - but I am taking 7 months off work to do it (paid leave of course). 2 Characters, landscape set (VUE generated background plates) 8 lines of dialogue. Dialogue plays out in ~1.5 minutes so in theory it could be as short as 2.5 minutes. I just said 5 to cater for the opening and ending credits.....
If I had a 1 minute story to tell I would tell it - but the only one that has stuck with me is the one I am working on.....

Hmmmmm...... 3.57 (out of 10) on 11 Second Club (between "Poor" and "Needs a lot more work"). I can't say I was surprised but I think you guys need to be a lot less kind on me with your critiques. I do not get offended - I know I need more work
It does make me wonder if I am not wasting my time working on a short of my own though. I've been averaging 3.5 ever since starting with the 11 second club so I am not making any improvement. I think I have made progress though - I seemed to have moved from Floaty to Stiff so now I just need to find a happy medium.

I have PC and Macs and although I know the project (on a PC) remembers the file locations I have never run into an issue for it now allowing it to change. (or did you mean save the change?) I have come across the situation where changing this information did not trigger the Save Icon but you can go to your camera and change the setting there (in the Project Properties window) and that should trigger the save icon.
Of course I have had the reverse issue where the Mac just does not remember any file location or render setting after moving to a PC or particulalry after an AM crash in OSX.

Good pickup. Theres a challange for someone - someone should write a file parser that will allow users to quickly see if there is anything odd in a file and allow them to select and remove oddities.

Chances are it is an IE thing. I've not had any problems accessing any of these tutes using Firefox on Windows. The other option, of course, is to simply download the tute and run it locally on QT. I do this for the good tutes so I can keep my own local copy. You should see the size of my tutes folders

But don't go overboard and make them floaty. Remember moving holds and that overlapping action can do the moving holds for you. (and it's not just the hands and fingers, forearms and upper arms need some movement as well - not a lot - just so they don't look stiff and dead)
My problem is I tend to do too much movement and everything goes floaty.
Cheers
The only thing that seems to be missing to me is secondary action and overlap - particularly in the arms and hands (fingers) throughout the animation. As it stands, the action looks quite stiff.

More clean-up and then other things rear their ugly heads (eye movement, stationary holds etc). I think I am done (again) but if you think anything needs work or a fix'in then please let me know
Final (again)
