  1. Your work is always so surreal. You've certainly got your own style. Did you make that clown?
  2. Then it wouldn't look right and they'd stare more.
  3. His ears are in proportion to his head. Also, the angle you're looking at makes them look "more prominent".
  4. I must confess I used this image of Al Pacino to guide me in modeling his face. But no photos....I'm just adding details/character as I go along.
  5. Both working with and rendering hair in the latest version is much improved! Here he's got his usual head of hair but I have a "hair flattened" pose for when he has his hat on.
  6. Wow...cool work if you can get it. Nice AM images too! Don't be a stranger to the later versions!
  7. Emilios Sweeper/duplicator could probably do that real quick.
  8. Yes he's got too much lipstick on. That's how I wanted it. Also, the hat will be filled out with hair which will be in the next image.
  9. Added colour decals.
  10. I think it's improved. There are still a few jitters in there. Also, his legs don't seem to arc much....I assume you're using IK for them.
  11. Nice. What are the render times down to?
  12. I'm mystified by the magic of expressions. Sounds like a perfect subject for your first tutorial (wink, wink, nudge, nudge)
  13. That's amazing. For me, his head is saying sad, but his upper body is saying happy. There isn't enough upper body movements to balance his exaggerated lower body movements.

Looks good! Shame about the intersecting....I guess that's into the cloth area.
  15. Oops lol I missed out a word....."hidden" details. I thought I put that in.
  16. Oops...sorry bout that. It doesn't seem like that many indeed. I suppose you could loose some of the detail to cut down on the render times.
  17. 22000 patches!?!? I could model the Eiffel Tower with that sort of budget! I'd really like to see a wireframe of your robot. It looks good!
  18. Nice....very artistic looking. Thanks for the link to that plant software!
  19. You got it in one. And of course the obligatory medallion.
  20. Thanks. The white area is where he'll be decalled.
  21. That's a good idea. You could make the path into a single spline and then you wouldn't see it in the render.
  22. They look like fish.
  23. In saying that, there's no reason why the surface shouldn't be smooth before all that.
  24. Yeah great idea! This is an area I've always wanted to get into....modeling/animation wise.
  25. Heh. The mapping process always makes me smile.
