  1. Anyone with 10.9 can confirm this? It may be a problem with Macs 10.9 and up. See you *Fuchur*
  2. Who is not waiting for that? See you *Fuchur*
  3. Very cool Fun to watch and well animated . See you *Fuchur*
  4. Hi Robcat Doing smart skin in an action designed for the motion planned for the bone will show all the interim movements and allows You to keep a record of all the rotations. Copying the bone rotation from one action to another may actually have been Your suggestion in Your tutorial, but not sure right now. The smart skinning transfer actually works, its the simple bone rotation that does not want to copy over. It does in v12 but not V17 or 18. Thanks for responding at such a late hour. Just to be sure: Do you have the filter for rotation, etc. active? See you *Fuchur*
  5. Yes, the Mac version of TextWrangler can do it. As always Robert you have produced two more excellent videos. Very helpful and interesting... If I find the time I will use PHP to create a huge line with that approaches... maybe tomorrow or the day after that... we will see. See you *Fuchur*
  6. Hey Mike, have a great one . See you *Fuchur*
  7. I really like the lag-approach you are doing there . I thought of a path with different ease-values for the bones, but your approach seems much more flexibel Very cool Robert! See you *Fuchur*
  8. You will have to ask Jason about that. > support@hash.com See you *Fuchur*
  9. Have a look at the Primitive-Wizard. > Modelling-Window > > Wizards > Primitive See you *Fuchur*
  10. v18 has a new feature at "Views > Save Layouts" / "Views > Load Layouts" which can save and load window-layouts. Is it that one you are looking for? See you *Fuchur* [EDIT: Sorry, just saw that Mack has answer that one before me ]
  11. Looks very equal to AfterEffects... I'll give it a try. Thank you very much for sharing! See you *Fuchur*
  12. Gerald... these two are really both the same idea, right? Or do you make a distinction between them? I think the first one is much harder than the second one. The second one is more or less just a rotating emitter, but the second one is something that really is "livelike" flying around and staying much longer in shape... See you *Fuchur*
  13. i like it . And I do not see why you should not do it the way you like it no matter wheather the movie or the comics say it is different . I myself think it looks a little strange to have only one claw at the feet (I would have used 4 or 5 claws) but still looks great . See u *Fuchur*
  14. As I did only read Spiderman-comics and very likely a lot less than most of you, I can only talk about the movies here... As far as I know, the movie is not really saying they are brothers but they just live together in very early years. I think Sabertooth works for the family of Logan (or the other way round... I am not sure right now). Then something happens and the father of one of both is killed by one of the kids with his claws. Both can not die (at least not very easily) and fight in different wars from first world war to korea war (or maybe vietnam, something like that) till they get put into a team. There Logan is the one with concerns about killing people over and over while Sabertooth is killing everything that walks around. Logans claws are always coming from inbetween his fingers. But only when he has to fight Saabertooth and looses he is getting his adamantium. Before that he just is a guy with horn claws and a rapid regeneration. (which is true for both of them). Adamntium is something only Logan gets and like that he is able to fight Sabbertooth.
  15. Go to "Tools > Options > Global" and change the Realtimedriver from OpenGL3 to OpenGL, just in case it makes a difference. I assume your computer has only a intel integrated graphic unit (that is the worst you can have in general) and not one from AMD or a real graphic card from AMD or Nvidia. See you *Fuchur*
  16. Nope. They were biological claws (originally*) but still extrude from inbetween the fingers. The claws were removed/replaced with adamantium (to make him a better killer). Reference: http://scifi.stackexchange.com/questions/1...-claws-come-out More useless trivia: One of the major sources (if not the major source) of adamantium is the hidden African Kingdom of Wakanda which is where Prince T'Challa (The Black Panther) reigns. T'Challa and Ororo (Storm) were kids together back when Ororo was worshiped as a goddess... unless someone rewrote Marvel history that is) My understanding of X-Men history begins to trail off circa Issue 160 or so which was about the time the writers and artists didn't seem to care who the characters were anymore... they seemed to keep forgetting... so I stopped caring who they were as well. ** *Originally of course, depends on who tells/told the tale. ** I still have my X-Men comic collection though. then the movie is wrong: http://josephmallozzi.files.wordpress.com/...thers.jpg"" target="_blank">Visit My Website http://josephmallozzi.files.wordpress.com/.../w-brothers.jpg
  17. in wolverine origins his "brother" and sabatooth have that fingertipp stuff right? but do the have adamantium for those other? i am not sure...
  18. Sorry to here that. Hope you get well soon Gene . See you *Fuchur*
  19. Did you check your spam-folder, just in case that it got into there? See you *Fuchur*
  20. Hi Jeetman, it should work again . See you *Fuchur*
  21. That is a known bug with a workaround... something like CMD + Q or CMD + C if I am not wrong. Anyway: Since Apple has changed much with the Maverik-Update, it is a little bit unknown what will happen in the future. If they leave many libraries behind (like they did with Maverick) it may become very hard to get A:M to work on the Mac any longer on OS 11.0 and above. The Windows-version is however working much better. See you *Fuchur* Fuchur, I'm trying to import an A:M model into Unity. All I can import is the mesh. I saw your link and was very excited until I clicked on it and it seems to be a broken link. Would you please attach the FBX converter? there is no fbx exporter. please go to patchwork3d.de and than click on tutorial > video tutorials to open my website. edit: just saw that my website has a problem. i will fix it when i am back home. see u *fuchur*
  22. And you should have a look at this video-tutorial. It describes what you should be aware of when working with A:M and 3d-printing (in this case Makerbot / Makerware, but I am quite sure it is quite equal to other 3d printers): A:M2Makerware (3d-Printing) (be aware that in v18 the subdivision level for exporting STL has been increased further more...) Best wishes *Fuchur*
  23. You may want to check my blog . See you *Fuchur*

    Love letters AM

Coolest Font-Animation EVER ! Loved the Love-Letters... really transports the mood over See you *Fuchur*
  25. Yes, A:M can export STL-files (and some of the highest resolution-files you will find). Exporting in general: OBJ, STL, DXF, DirectX, 3ds, LWO, MDD (this is actually a Animation-fileformat for OBJs) and some others. FBX is not yet an option but may become one in future. I myself am using A:M and a Makerbot Replicator 2 for 3d-printing. Works very well, especially after processing the files through net fab (free software) See you *Fuchur* See you *Fuchur*
