  1. Looks great and is much fun again . Der Eisendrache = The iron dragon... for anybody wondering. See you *Fuchur*
  2. It is about comments... it is a javascript-redirect in the comments which is active before anything else is loaded sometimes... I'd say we need to find another video script for that... See you *Fuchur*
  3. Very cool... I'll have a look at that... Keep us updated on your progress See you *Fuchur*
  4. It has been fixed . Thank you very much for telling us. See you *Fuchur*
  5. Okay I had a look at that now... this is because of a comment on that video, not the video itself... I have sent a mail to Jason so he can check on that... See you *Fuchur*
  6. On windows there is no problem with such things, since they have better driver support for the graphiccards.
  7. Hm... that is done quite nicely... I can't check that here but will have a look at home... (no I am not talking about the porn film but about how it got that re-linking working ) See you *Fuchur*
  8. Didn't know that was possible... thanks John . See you *Fuchur*
  9. Hi there . Welcome to the forums and thanks for taking the time to tell us about that issue... SSE 4 is a special CPU command set which can make A:M faster for some situation... there is AVX and SSE3 and 4... since you could install it, it should be okay for your CPU. What Mac do you use there? Do you have a Nvidia card installed? If yes, please switch to the intel-graphic card... some Nvidia-Macs had a problem with that a while back. Here is the description on how to do that (thanks markw): "If you have a Mac that has an Intel GPU built into the processor, in addition to the Nvidia GPU, running A:M on the Intel GPU cures the decal display problem. To see if your Mac has one, on your Mac go to: About This Mac > More Info… > System Report > Graphics/Displays. There you will see what GPUs you have. In order to use just the Intel GPU with A:M you must have no other secondary displays connected to your Mac and you will need to instal a third party app called 'gfxCardStatus' which you can find here: http://gfx.io/ Once gfxCardStatus is running, clicking on it's Menu Bar icon gives a drop down menu, where you should choose 'Integrated Only' this will force the system to use the Intel GPU. Now launch A:M and the Intel chip will be doing all the real-time display work. The big downside for me with this is that I have to work with just the laptop's screen. But it does work." Maybe this will fix it... I will point Steffen to this thread anyway, just in case.. See you *Fuchur*
  10. You can find that at "Tools > Options > Action". See you *Fuchur*
  11. Most people do confuse "Global Ambiance"-Settings with "Ambiance Occlusion"-Settings. Those are two different things, which can be combined but do not need to be combined. See you *Fuchur*
  12. I think the window-position ist saved in the file "Master_64.MAC" in the installation folder (at least for the windows version). You could try to rename that file to something like "master_secure" and try to restart A:M after that. See you *Fuchur*
  13. We will. Thanks for the work Jason . See you *Fuchur*
  14. I'd say you need to calibrate you display first. With that, you could get a better experiences from that, but it always is different for all of us anyway... http://www.cnet.com/how-to/how-to-calibrate-your-monitor/#! This is only a software calibration... a better one would be a hardware calibration like this one: http://spyder.datacolor.com/portfolio-view/spyder5studio/ The problem with all that is, that people will never have the same calibration (it is not only about the calibration profile but it depends on the age of the display, the quality of the display, the manufacturer, etc.)... you can get pretty close with the hardware once, but only for people who use the hardware calibration tool and presets you used too. For all the others, it will not be the same and there is even more to this like: Who says, that yellow looks the same for you and me? Maybe we do not have different color taste at all but we receive it differently in our brains and because of that, I like yellow and you don't (or visversa... this is only an example). It really is hard and an very complicated topic... See you *Fuchur*
  15. I think (just assuming here) that most people are using iPads (especially older once) who have trouble... those are very limited by default... you would need to use the Animation-Codec of Quicktime or just MP4 to get out what people should be able to use. (mp4 is very widely supported nowadays). A:M can't produce that by default though... you would need to run the output from A:M through for instance Miro Video Converter to get that format. See you *Fuchur*
  16. Here we go. Try it... I am not sure if you can use it like that or if we need to use a little bit different export options, but it should work basicly. See you *Fuchur* Blokey3.zip
  17. That is really great Mark . It is a very well done (and funny) piece of art and I am happy to see that it is getting recognized by the judges . Congratulations! See you *Fuchur*
  18. Very cool Let's get started and make something awesome! See you *Fuchur*
  19. Hi C, I'll see what I can do after work today . See you *Fuchur*
  20. "Shift-p" (patch selection tool) and "F" (flip normal) are your friend here. Just to ask: Do you have internal patches there too? Looks like that a little bit. And in general, if UE4 supports it, you might want to use the directx-exporter instead of the OBJ-exporter, since OBJ can't save bone-data. You might want to have a look at some of my video tutorials here: http://www.patchwork3d.de/video-tutorials-24-en Especially the once in the middle might be interesting for you. They are not especially for UE4 but for Unity, Quest3d and exporting in general, but they might hold some useful informations for you. See you *Fuchur*
  21. What Rodney said... it works as before here too after updating to Windows 10. See you *Fuchur*
  22. I dont think so... the only one I am aware of which is close to this would be CutPlane, but I doubt it will keep the UVs (I have to admit, I never tried that before...) See you *Fuchur*
  23. AVX = Advanced Vector Extensions. This is a special version for CPUs which are able to use these "new" type of instruction set. For instance mine does not support that, like that I only use the SSE3 instruction set and to take care of that, A:M is compiled for these versions differently. See you *Fuchur*
  24. Very cool . See you *Fuchur*
