  1. That bird is adorable. Too bad he didn't hatch before the mascot competition. Nice work.
  2. I really liked this clip. I dont think you need lips, the simple teeth and gums do the trick for me. I think you got some good expression from such a simple character. Good stuff.
  3. That Mr Peanut is looking good. I wouldn't put the peanut shell texture on him, he looks good flat with those few black squares. Nice and graphic. Keep on hashing away on him!
  4. Wow, Really Great stuff. Cant wait to see your final product with this.
  5. Looks awesome Delaney. Quit your job and Hash all day!
  6. Nicely Done Parlo I hear Pixar knocking on your door
  7. Sorry you lost your work. They are cute characters, get back to work! Well, I keep putting off backing up, better do it
  8. Nice work, I probably could have done with going to that lecture I never heard of Apple keynote, I take it it's only for apple computers? I like your March of the Rubber Duckies and Your Shaggy Intro animation. Sorry to hear of your health problem, Glad you are better now
  9. Hi Lord Python, Looks like you are getting the hang of A:M and 3d space. Coming along nicely. Keep up the good work.
  10. looks Awesome! I am a fan of these characters. Looking forward to seeing more.
  11. you're right. Watching it once at regular size its cute. But looped at full screen its a gas! Coming along nicely.
  12. Wow DL, that looks awesome. I hope you finish that game. I'd like to see it in action. You are a texturing madman!
  13. Nice work He was really struggling for life there, too bad he didn't make it. I like the soundtrack too.
  14. Ahhhhh, a little froggy! My favorite type of character I like him a lot. Have fun abusing that little guy with squash and stretch. Can't wait to see the results.
  15. Hey Rod, That little guy is adorable. You HAVE to model him. He's awesome.
  16. that will give me nightmares! Great stuff. I feel so bad for that tied up guy. He must have commited a terrible crime. Keep it coming!
  17. Hey Pengy, Very cute penguin. I love his sneakers and bowtie. There seem to be some bumps on his body that look like they shouldn't be there. He looks like he should be smooth all over. And maybe his head from the side is a little too flat. Maybe round out the back of his head a bit more. I think a few minor adjustments and you have a successful penguin character on your hands Nice Job
  18. Hey folks, Thanks for the kind words, it means a lot. I really worked hard on this. I know it's not perfect but it's the best I can do so far. I had to make compromises on the pond, but since a few people have given me suggestions on how to improve it. I may go back and fix it at some point but for now I'm moving on to other things. I'm happy that you guys liked the lighting, I really went through a lot of trouble to get it right, and it took a looooong time. I have to thank the folks at #hash3d irc channel for all their help, and I got a lot of help from them. Thanks for commenting
  19. Here is a dog model I have been working on. I think he's done but any suggestions for improvement are welcome. I designed him for the mascot competition so I wanna make him really good. I'm sure there will be better than this in the competition but I am pretty happy with him. Well, I hope you like him. Take Care
  20. hi all, I just put up my little animation of Herbie the frogman riding his bike on A:M films. Please take a gander and let me know what you think. http://amfilms.hash.com/search/entry.php?entry=897 I hope you like it
  21. Hi Raf, I think this style is quite interesting. You manage to get nice mass and form from just simple shapes and colors. When I first opened your post I saw that more static pose and it wasn't too evident. But when I scrolled down I really liked how it worked out in the more dynamic poses. The only critique I can think of is that I'd like to see more definition in the face. It just looks too flat to me. I don't know how you'd achieve that without reverting to lines or a more 3d look, but I would imagine you could find a way. I really like your 3d style work, but think it's cool you are trying something so different.
  22. Hey DL, This is looking great. I am enjoying seeing the progress on this as you go along. The underwater scenes are a beauty. Can't wait to see how this looks animated. See ya at #hash3d
  23. I really like this image. The robot has a lot of personality and his little hovercraft is well done. I like the overall composition. Congratulations on this.
  24. Ha! I love it. I love his crazy run and sound. What did you use to make his nose so floppy?
