  1. Bird?!? This is supposed to be a squirel!!! Dag nabbit, I suck at this!!!
  2. Here's my first attempt at a charcter for a project that I have had rolling around in my brain for some time. This is just a beginning but I think I like the direction this is headed (no pun intended).
  3. Hey it's chicken lady from Kids in the Hall.
  4. I liked it. I'm curious how you modeled the track. Also, maybe you could say that he's landing in a big pool of blueberry Jello Then it would look perfect.
  5. I would go with #1. On the other two it's kinda hard to make out exactly what it is.
  6. Looks great so far. The only thing that I would say is that I believe the treds are supposed to slant out at an angle (maybe to help stability) and your are pretty vertical. Aside from that it looks really good.
  7. Now it's too much. Go back to the felt I guess.
  8. Very nice. You may want to consider using a hard plastic beater to get a little more attack off the kick drum.
  9. Gotta love the ol' sparkle kit. Who did you get the texture for that? Would you mind sharing?
  10. That's neat. We actually have the worlds only full scale reproduction of the Parthenon here in Nashville and I always wondered who all those dudes on the top of the building were Thanx for the enlightenment.
  11. I agree that the smoke & fire looks really good. I think I get the "joke" I just don't see the humor in it. Good political satire usually has an element of truth in it to make it work but I don't see that here. It just seemes like it's being crude for the sake of beign crude and not really making a statement.
  12. Nice effects for a good cause. Honestly, it's a really bad song but you guys did a good job with your part.
  13. Is there some place to learn more about this because I have seen it done on a couple of charcters?
  14. This looks great and good idea using the generic name. Don't want to get into any licensing trouble.
  15. Still can't get to it but the pictures make me laugh.
  16. I can't get to it . It says you reached you transfer limit. That makes me sad because I love penguins. Can you post a screengrab here?
  17. I'm just now jumping in on this one. I like what I see so far, especially the texture on the apple that I saw on your first picture. My only comment is that the door looks like it's been through a fire or something.
  18. I dunno, something about him really bugs me. HAAHAAHOOHOO, Oh man, I kill myself. Seriously, it's very good so far. I especially like the antenna.
  19. Cool sites Robert. Thanx for pointing those out.
  20. So I take it that his mouth doesn't open?
  21. This is all keyframed, but I suppose you could do this using rigid bodies too. It probably would have saved me some time. Maybe that will be my next experiment. Thanx, I agree that I need to play with the easing at the pinacle a bit more. One thing that I added to give it a little more "real" feeling was that if you look at the middle balls there's a little sway to them when they are struck. Thanx for everyones input. I'll post more as I update it.
  22. OK I know that this has been done, oh, about a billion and a half times but it's still a good way to experiment with timing and gravity. Clicker It's still got some tweeking to do but not a bad start. Thoughts?
