I know that you can use a bone to add a boolean to a model but can you also use that to make the boolean become part of the model's geometry?
Also is there a function or plug-in to subdevide or add additional splines to a model easily rather than having to manualing adding all the CPs & stitching them together?
It's all done with mirrors my friend.
I'm planning on giving this guy some life. I'm still trying to figure out what his body will look like. Also, I've started on my image submission for the Christmas contest so that may take some time.
One more thing, I think that the area around his mouth is not as smooth as it could be. I have applied the porcelain material but it could use some help.
I'm posting a shaded wire version in hopes that some of the more experienced spliners can give me some pointers/critiques.

I have always struggled with modeling organic faces so I'm just doing a bunch to practice. Here's my latest.
He started out as a monkey but evolved (forgive the pun) into this guy.
Give me your thoughts.

I like the concept a lot. My only critique would be that the bomb needs some pyro with it. What is it, a push bomb?!?
Also, Shaggy's still stepping on the poor kid's head.
For me this started out more as an experiment to see if I could mold an organic head and make it look half way decent. All in all I'm not too disappointed.
I just threw this guy together today based loosly on some drawings that a friend of mine did. I'm sure he'll go through a couple of revisions. I know I need to give him some arms and a way to get around. Plus I need to seriously texture him, but it's a start.
