  1. My wife is a dental assistant and she really liked it.
  2. That seems rather irresponsible doesn't it. Just randomly tossing tables out windows. What is these superheros coming to..... it's a shame really... Not to mention that he was totally using his back to left that. Barely using his legs at all.
  3. This one reminds me of hockey cause he did a little "hat trick" - get it!?!?! He had a hat on... it did a trick... aw, nevermind.
  4. Here's v12 version. Doesn't seem to be that much different, but than again I haven't really worked with toon rendering before so there might be a way to tweak it to look better.
  5. Hey, that's a good idea. Here ya go. Oh, wait. That's version 11 still. Hold on.
  6. This is a bot I modeled based on a friend of mine's illustration. You can see the original drawing here. Considering that I did it only from that drawing I'm pretty pleased with the way it's turning out. I still have a little more shading to do but I hope you like.
  7. Sounds like you got yourself an assignment there.
  8. Here's the project file. That should answer most of your questions. It's basically a series of elongated toruses, each having its own bone and the last bone have the constraint applied. I tried twisting it and it didn't act right. It just twisted the whole object at once. DC.prj
  9. I'm not sure why I created this but it looks fun. The only hand animating done was the movement of the model bone. http://christhom.net/images/AM/DC.mov
  10. Here's a link to a bunch of Star wars Effects how to's. http://theforce.net/fanfilms/software/animaster/
  11. I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed that.
  12. Is that some sort of security device where you put a snake on your car when you leave it some place? Hmm, very innovative. What will those Europeans think of next?
  13. No, no, no. That's the rig that lit the scene, that's all.
  14. I think that's part of the skylight rig.
  15. I saw on the news the other day that there are people already camping out in line for it in Hollywood. I can it would suck to be inJapan for this since it doesn't get released there until July 9th!!
  16. Wow, this model's gone through quite the evolution.
  17. Opps didn't mean to post twice. I think one time got the point across.
  18. Nice facial acting. One problem that I see is that the shadow of Shaggy is still until you pull the camera back indicating that he's not moving until he's in the shot.
  19. I like it for the most part. That cloud thinky kind of confuses me. I thought that it was coming to rain on him or something. Also, blueboy's feet are going through your ground plain. Maybe too if there was a way to make it more obvious in the beginning that his eyes are closed. It took me about half way through to realize he was sleeping. I thought he was just depressed and sighing a lot. Maybe it's because he body and eye color are so close it's hard to tell when his eyes are open or not.
  20. Just for fun. It was more of a personal challenge since it was my first serious model.
  21. Jim, coming from you, this is a very high compliment. Thank you very much.
  22. Here are a couple more renders. Wire Turn (3mb) Shade/Wire Turn (3mb)
  23. It's kind of like what they did for The Incredibles. I was watching the comentary and they said that all the "extras" for teh movie (towns people, etc.) were all just one model they dubbed "Universal man" that tehy just distorted to create new characters. In fact they said that Frozone and Bomb Voyage were the same model.
  24. On the final version I modeled the utility arms but I haven't made them pop out yet. On this version they're still a decal.
