  7. Wow! Great modeling and animation. I love the mechanical feeling to the run.
  8. Stian, Will you be putting the lines (ropes) in coils or stored in other ways somewhere? I'm just assuming the Germans pulled their ships into dock the same way we do. I was a boatswain mate, so lines were a big part of my life in the Navy. Just for fun, here are the Blues Brothers singing "Sink the Bismarck." 2.8 MB http://homepage.mac.com/nimblepix//SinkTheBismarck.wav ~ Dan J
  9. Thanks for the info Fuchur. How about Final Cut Express? Does it permit non-linear editing in a time-line? As long as I'm asking does anyone know if After Effects will work? Can you compile frames into an animation and edir everything in a time-line? I can get a great volume price for the classroom on After Effects. Thanks, jester I teach video editing using Final Cut Express. It will work great for you. There's is not a lot of difference between Express and Pro for the average user. And both are Universal apps now.

Wow! That's one exquisite creophagous beastie!
  15. Welcome Elizabeth! Looking forward to seeing you progress. A:M is a great program, with a bunch of very dedicated and helpful users.
  16. One way is to add a keyframe on the object right before it appears on screen. Move the object out of the shot on that keyframe.
  17. Looking good so far. A little early to say too much. Are you going to thicken the metal all around, and deboss the characters on the keys? If I remember correctly, these typewriters had a very unique texture. Are you going to try to recreate that too?
  18. Congratulations Satyajit. This is a major accomplishment! Love those termites and their honking big teeth! Looking forward to seeing the completed project.
