  1. Looks incredible, Rodger!
  2. LOL! I love the concept and the look is great!
  3. Just a quick shot of the cables behind the monitor in the cubicle. Everything is modeled except the vents on the back of the monitor...those are bump and diffuse maps. Now I'm back to working on Squetch Rig tutorials.
  4. I'm not sure if these links will actually allow you to purchase, these may be phantom pages now (Jeff stopped selling his tutorials everywhere else...see his website): Part 1 here Part 2 here Part 3 here Hope that helps. -------------------------- EDIT -------------------------- You might also consider Keith Lango's tutorials here
  5. The average user could use this (the installation process has been improved quite a bit), but the detailed installation tutorials need to be finished...I'm in the process of getting those done. I'm starting with tutorials on how to animate with the rig, then the installation tutorials (located here).
  6. I posted an update to the Squetch Rig....here.
  7. Sebastian found a problem with the left leg installation controls...this should fix the problem. Let me know if any more problems are found. Thanks, Sebastian! -------------------------------- EDIT (9/2/14) -------------------------------- I added the "Squetch_Rig_Installation.zip" file containing a sort of illustrated version of the installation instructions. -------------------------------- EDIT (9/5/14) -------------------------------- The next version of the rig is located here: http://www.hash.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=27815&p=399460 The files in this post have been deleted and the updated versions are there.
  8. I think it's AM2007.exe....here. Hope that helps, Rusty.
  9. I haven't been able to get time for the tutorials...but I squeezed in a little modeling. It's not much, but it at least shows a little progress. I loosened up the bevels on the keyboard, added a monitor (which still needs the cables), a touchpad (which still needs the cable), speakers (which still needs a cable) and a computer (which still needs the back finished).
  10. Here's an attempt using materials...it needs tweaking. -------------------- EDIT -------------------- I should have checked John's before posting...it's the same method with different settings. cell_turbulence.prj
  11. Have you checked for updated audio drivers? Possibly here?

    Give it up!

    Great stuff, Tore!
  13. Yessir, I did misplace a parentheses in the last version. This version should correct my mistake. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Hope that helps. headgizmo_v2_08_31_2013.zip
  14. Thanks for updating this! I tried this rig some time back without much success and thought it was my incompetence at rigging that was at fault (that was probably still a factor though!) Will give this another shot now. But first I have just noticed that on the example model provided in your zip that the head's left eyebrow can not be moved up on its own like the right can. Is that a problem with the rig or just in the example model? I may have misplaced a parentheses...I'll look at it when I get home tonight.
  15. Here's an update for post v13 of A:M. ------------------------------- EDIT ------------------------------- The next version (that fixes a problem with this version) is here. This version has been deleted.
  16. The face seems like it is a little spline-heavy, but everything else looks like fantastic modeling to me, Jeff. I really like how you modeled the abs. As far as the arms and hands, I would put in a simple arm and hand rig to see how they look when posed.
  17. I took a break from making tutorials for a quick bit and did a little modeling. Not much to show, some of it is still in-progress, but here is a quick shot of the keyboard area of the cubicle. I'll be getting back to the tutorials in the coming week.
  18. Great start, Jeff!
  19. Congrats to the winners and all of the participants! Great entries.
  20. Happy Birthday, John Henderson (JohnArtbox)!
  21. Great stuff, Marcos!
  22. I really liked Jeff Lew's "Animating Power and Weight" tutorials...unfortunately, I can't find them for sale anywhere. Well worth the money I paid...which I think was around $10 each for both parts. The available DVD material was great as well.
  23. Great stuff, Mark!
  24. I'm glad you're back to normal, Nancy! Fun character!
  25. I just added a video for animating the arms with the Squetch Rig in this post.
