  1. Simon you might try the Saucy rig. But still shoulders and hip area are trouble some. David Simmons squetch rig is incredible as well.
  2. After sleeping on it. I am going to resize the dragon to make sure i can get him in the frame
  3. Here is the first render of the dragon. It started out as a horse. He is about 14 ft tall and about 32 ft long
  4. Long day, thanks Rodney and David! I will render a wireframe and up load. I am 3/4 done with my dragon. I used my horse i created a long time ago and modified it. I took the feet off a raptor or dinosaur on the extra cd. Getting close. The wings are from my cupid and bird from the extra files. Anyway looking for a dragon texture or scales now. Hope to have render tomorrow.
  5. Thanks! Good to see you back around. I was wondering how your book was going? I start on the dragon tonight once I complete his sword.
  6. The Knight body is almost completed. Just a few bevels to the suit and will be completed.
  7. This looks great! I have never explored this featured of AM. great looking character!
  8. I have used Mack Chapelle's Rig or the Saucy rig. I usually can get it in within a couple of hours without weighting.
  9. I was playing witha few things. I tore apart teh knight model and was testing the armor to see how I was going to equip my knight. Also he has to have a maiden to protect.
  10. Here are the goblin and the knight together
  11. I have the knight ready for his suit of armor.
  12. Thanks Rodney! Robert, I thought the same thing. Here is the character with the legs reshaped, knee cap and the feet on. Reworked the belly area.
  13. Thanks David, Steve and Robert! Over the next three weeks I want to model a couple of characters. A goblin and a knight. As a history nut, I have always loved the middle ages time period and fantasies of that time. I have had a story line that I would love to animate. When I bought my first animation package, on an Atari computer in 1990, I wanted to tell the tale of a knight, a goblin and a dragon and their friendship. I have lost all my notes of the story but for a while I will see if I can remember.
  14. It has been awhile since I posted. Robert has been working with Chris and I over the past few months and I have learned a great deal. Here is something I started in 2006 and it is time to get started again. Steve
  15. Check with David Simmons, itjustme on the forum. I think he did a chain line fence.
  16. Even though the intel is disabled in windows you may need to to disable in the computers cmos. That way when loads it does not recognize the intel graphics and will not load the drivet at all.
  17. This is awesome. Thank you so much. As a historian, i love this plane as well.
