  1. robcat since it always seems to be you that rescues me I thought I'd ask you a question directly. I'm trying to import any kind of video into AM for a rotoscoping project and having no luck. I'm using Anyvideo converter and several others trying to find a format that can be imported into AM using the imag/seq function and NOTHING is working. Do you have any experience with this kind of thing? Any help would be appreciated beyond measure. (a paycheck hangs in the balance for me on this one) and sorry to be such a pest.

    thanks

What is the format of the original video?

The 32-bit version of A:M will import Quicktime .MOV files and Windows .AVI as long as they are in a codec that is installed on your computer. MOV is way better than AVI.

You can install the 32- bit version on your 64 bit PC. Copy the master0.lic file from the 64bit A:M folder to the new 32bit AM folder to activate it.

If all else fails, convert the video into a numbered image sequence. Is there a reason that can't be done?
