  1. Go into muscle mode with the path selected. Make sure you have the beizer handles turned on too.
  2. She's pretty good! One thing I notice is you have alot of splines running into the eye area. At most you only need 4 splines to form the eyelids....you could delete some of the ones that run into the nose bridge. Or if you need them, hook them off. Edit: Did you not use mirroring? She doesn't look symetrical in places.
  3. Your models and movement have a certain quality to them. Iron out the creases and some textures and you're on to something really really cool.
  4. Amazing as always.
  5. Nice recreation. Although not exactly like it. Is it finished? I assume so as it's in the showcase forum....
  6. You could just select all the cps and copy and paste them into a new model. Or save out the model, re-name it as a copy and import it alongside your original model.
  7. It's hard to know about the path. I assume you made the path in the chor? You could try making another one to see if that works. The only way I would think it's not working is if your realtime quality is too low and you're not picking on the path because it's made of lines instead of curves. Try pressing pageUP to correct that.
  8. Did you copy to the hard drive? If so, there might be a path also pointing to your cd data. You can modify the paths in the folders tab in the options.....the librarys drop down.
  9. Nice work there Cory. Textures are tricky, but this tut by Will might help you: http://www.zandoria.com/uv.htm If you're looking for anything to do, you might consider contributing to the movie project: http://wiki.hash.com/two/published/HomePage
  10. Have you got a screenshot? Or post the model and we could test it out.
  11. Looking good. Now start drawing rings round his mouth and you're half way there.
  12. That sounds like a "simple" workflow enhancement. You might suggest it in AM:Reports. I too have wondered why you can't duplicate a shortcut. TWO will have lots of similar shortcuts in some scenes.
  13. Good start. Just keep laying out splines. You're not going to get it on the first try but with a tweak here and there, it will soon start to shape up. For the normals facing the wrong way, it's not really a problem (most of the TWO models are the same right now) but you can select the patches and press F to flip them the right way. You look to have problems where the eye joins the nose. Take a close look at how that's done in the Face tutorial... PS You mean you deleted your Oil Lamp, mirror, chair etc?!?!
  14. Well, you can spend time on it until it's perfect! I'll be needing some help modeling things for the castle. I might call on you when I get into it some more.
  15. Excellent looking hat. You look like you're up to TWO quality. You should try modeling some needed props.
  16. Put this file into your hxt folder in your main AM folder. If your disk gets broken, you can send for another to Hash.....you should supply your serial number and the broken disk. Or you could get a dongle for a few extra bucks. Write/ring Hash for more info. OBJ.zip
  17. Is the stage model on your cd or did you save the library to your hard drive. There might be problems if it's still on the cd. Try embedding all the models.
  18. Doing TAoAM isn't necessarily just a prelude to working on TWO. Completing it will help every user no matter what their preferred field. The more people know about AM, the less questions Rodney needs to answer in the New User section (as he's moderator). So, anything that encourages that is a good thing IMO. Heck, all new users should be doing the exercises without this carrot!
  19. Hey Johnny. Welcome to our world. Sure, you can just start up your own thread here in the New Users section and post your exercises in Sorensen 3 mov format (they have to be under 2MB). When you get them all done, Rodney will award you a Certificate. After that, you could even contribute to the TWO movie project we're doing. I look forward to seeing your work. BTW nice mop of hair you have there.
  20. If you also add an orient-like constraint (with compensate on) you can actually rotate the null and the camera will rotate round it while always being aimed at it. You can even rotate the null inside the camera.
  21. I've always been intrigued by the surface constraint, but never got round to using it. Thanks for the project.
  22. If undo freaks out again (which it sometimes does with me too) just go up to Edit>Redo and it will go back to the "unfreaked stage". You'll have to work your way back manually from there.
  23. Good wishes to you and all AMer's everywhere!
  24. I too have seen this a while ago. I think it was happening on cps that were animated in the chor. Can't quite remember. Can you send a stripped down project to the report forum? See the link in my sig. If you do, try to include steps to be able to replicate the problem.
