  1. http://www.hash.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=9749 did boolean search +chain +bike
  2. Not quite...read the manuall concerning setting up a pose and constraints
  3. This Forum is one big group you can use the community window to set up chats
  4. setting them in a pose allows you to turn them on and off as needed that is the usual way they are applied
  5. Great job Dave you did something I always wanted to try ..
  6. Cross To get a blue explosion you just have to adjust the colors setting of each of the sprites they are set to change color over time you would just have to make it turn blue instead of orange....you adjust the curve for the rgb colors in the sprite material area not in the chor...here is a quick hatchet job I did wit the sample I posted bexp.mov its small to rush it through but you get the idea.. if you get stuck just ask
  7. Cross it was hard to see but looked interesting.. I assume you will adjust the lighting with the explosion. Better then my $1.98 sample
  8. have you tried the explosion material on the cd it can produce nice explosions exp.mov
  9. if you right click on the chor screen you can pick which view you want ...is that what you are asking you can pick camera or even view from a light Please post jpegs instead they are smaller and easier to view tiff file want to open photoshop on my machine
  10. Something I'm working on ......I would like to have a camera view of something falling ...this is a test with playing with a darktree material to make it interesting I set up the objects falling with newton then removed the ground and set up the camera newt.mov
  11. does it show on a final render? otherwise why not add a spline across the middle
  12. lite.mov $1.98 video tutorial..model and tut done in about 5-10 minutes so do not laugh you still would have to constrain the light to the bone in the lamp shade either in a pose or in the action or chor I compressed this so it might be a bit blurry or maybe its just me adding quick video after constraints light.mov and project file v14c light.zip
  13. Okay I changed the arms to fit the mood.... cwonderful.mov Not this is when the truck hits him...right ? just kidding thanks for all the suggestions I need to improve my animating skills
  14. sorry on the model in the pws a light will appear with the bones you can then adjust the type etc
  15. right click select add new light ...you'll see it in the bones area
  16. bwonderful.mov Okay I think this works or is pretty close and the arms move better
  17. just a thought why not assign bones to the points and use expressions to control their positions which would therefore move the points. We know bones work with expression not sure if splines do
  18. changed the position...not sure about the wonderful part and arms still a little slow awonderful.mov
  19. The arms are a bit slow which is better than my usual to fast. Yes its everclear I liked the beginning so had it readily available to play with when the oppurtunity arose. Thanks for looking
  20. I am almost done scanning photos for my wifes family ..so far over 300 scanned and if possible repaired..anyway I decide to "play" tonight with AM and looked at the extra DVD and found the DoDo Here is my attempt to animate it and try something for a project I am working on wonderful.mov
