  2. Fortunately I don't do this very often but decided to try lip sync and animating use the great model donated by Andy Gibbons about two hours of just having fun [attachmentid=10710] I know its small but the sound makes the file too large back to my normal tinkering singing.mov

  4. nicely done but for some reason the move after the roll when it looks as if he is pushing off with his fingers bothers me and right before that roll too but then I'm not much on animating moves like that

  7. the render was quick but I did 1 pass on multipass I think it was about 2 sec a frame on a 1.7 p4
  8. Not sure this is what was asked but I like the effect. Uses a grid with a animated displacement material applied with a little refraction. The hair is not on because it seems to be acting strangely in this version v12k and it sped up the render [attachmentid=10166] oh an here's the project but the decals for schlitzy are not included but on the cd [attachmentid=10167] actually the screen is begin to look the same must be getting late was going to mention the actiing is a bit too fast but that can be tweaked aniother thing the displacement/refraction could be on a slider and then if need the distortion could decrease and focus would return schlitzview.mov schlitzyview.zip

  10. I threw this together is a hour and it might show especially the trailer part which is controled by a pose slider [attachmentid=10097] [attachmentid=10098] this was done with the v12 cd so you might not find all the decals on the truck if you are using v11.1 trialexp.zip trialexp.mov

  16. Did not see your reply but tried an idea with the sweeper plugin. I had no idea what a real dna strand just saw a picture and did this simple attempt. In case anyone has sweeper or the demo I'm including the project file. I think mine is Thom's dna dna.mov dna.zip
  17. I used here is another tga resulting from the idea and going a little crazy with PS the project file includes tga and uses the new bitmap material vern2.zip
