Thank's Will ,its not a very realistic model but just want to make it better to animate and hopefully learn a bit more on rigging ,at the moment the shoulders are not working very well when I move the bicept.I wish I had that cd you done from sigraph with the smart skinn on but the postage is allmost as much as the cd for some reason I realy don't understand ,but thank's

    2001 rig?

In the 2001 rig what is the shoulder bone's doing ,there is no cp's asigned to it and I was wandering how do you get the arm/shoulder to work properly .I would like to try fan bones in the shoulders ,elbows and knees ,is this a feasable way to go ?.I thought this rig would be easier to learn as I'm lost on the sqoash rig lol

  19. David would you be good enough to take a look at my model please .I am getting some strange things going on with the legs /hips ,kinda hard to explain .If you move the leg in an action slowly you will see what I mean .I looked again at the oiler limits ,maybe there wrong but I can only striaghten the leg when the control is right on the 0 x and y ,as soon as I move a touch it bends at the knee ,bad explanation sorry .Wouls realy appreciate you taking a look if you get time thank's Steve link

  21. Done some more on this walk ,and changed some weighting, starting to look like a zorba dance now lol.Having some probs with keeping the feet where I want them it moves in between keyframes and theres no movement in the channels at that frame very strange front backview
  22. Haha thats brilliant ,they are both very inspirational .That is one hell of a model John and you got the look just right aswell.Yea I will try weighting as you say , I find that hard to get right .I wanted to try hair but everytime I animate with it ,it slips off her head.Bruce I remember marvelling at this model and yea that walk is nice one foot in front of the other .I'm gonna give that a try thank's
  23. A bit of an update ,man thats some wiggly walk now link
