  1. Well with Jirards head model,where are you Jirard.A walk cycle ,done with the 2008 rigg and hardley done any smartskinning that rigg just seems to get better to use as long as I remember to cfa the model lol dude_walk.mov

  5. Yea it can be a bit time consuming but if you take your time it work's graet,and if you use a scullcap for your hair you can reuse it on other models
  6. Steve did you try particle hair ,its good and not that hard if you don't need dynamics on ,witch you probably wouldn't need with that lenth hair

  8. I allways have that problem ,I adjust the bias hanles a bit and it seems to work ok ps nice looking model
  9. I got it done ,and its working a treat ,maybe Ill do a bit of smartskinn but it hardly needs it

  12. Thank's Mark yea I did notice the hand wasnt as it should be ,god knows how I got the thigh bone out ,will send it as soon as I have it ready cheers
  13. Mark I think the cfa is wrong ,becuase its seperate groups I don't think I got them all ,I think I will have to restart ,how do I get the bones out now now I have cfa'ed it properly still with the bones in before I mirrord it.I will be more thourough next time
  14. I did cfa it but had to do a little stiching as it didn't connect all ,the mirror bones dialog looked ok .Can I post it to you Mark
  15. Mark I did a new charector but when I done the mirror plug in it didn't asign the cp's on the left side so I done it manually ,but Iv got probs with the left thigh and knee .Would it be the copying the rotation values not carried over to the left as the right works ok,if so can I just do that

  22. Well I didn't know you could smartskinn the bone ,that could be very handy .Learning all the time ..slowly
  23. I think I understand what your saying ,maybe you could get that with smartskinn ,say have the bone at 45% and set the mesh in smartskinn at around 20%say in the x and keep it normal in the other axis not sure ,Iv never triede it .hopefully Mark or David will explain it
  24. Could you not just use waighting with the fann bone
