Hi, I'm in the need to build up a medium sized team trained in A:M. The TAoAM course is a good staring point. But the beginners need hands on training. So, Educators/ Teachers are needed to provide online lectures and guidance to students and trainees of A:M. I was wondering if I can get the regular forum visitors like you to provide such instruction. There are so many Hashers like you who are excellent in providing tutorials and training. You'll be using WebEX type of tool and can work from your home. You can conduct a full course or give lectures on areas of your expertise. This will be a paid contract. Please contact me at satyajit@satyajitchakra…

Hello, I am reaching a deadline on a project i have going here and was hoping I could get some assistance from someone. What I am looking for is someone to rig a head mesh using Squesh rig facial display setup. I would try to set it up myself but I have not had the time to even try a run through of any on the tutorials. I would provide you with the mesh of course and we can discuss payment arrangements. So anyone who wants to help, knows what they're doing, and isn't looking to get rich from this; your response is welcome . thanks Paradymx

Hey gang, Been away for a while working on some projects that involved AM to some point, but haven't had much of a chance to come hang around the boards in a long time. Anyway, I have the opportunity to provide some proof of concept animation for the Bibleman stuff I had done for our video game, but for television. The models I have are rigged, but really need to have the Squetch rig installed. I have 4 biped models that need it, and this is for pay. So I'm taking bids from anyone who needs the work, knows what they're doing, and isn't looking to get rich quick off of this. I would need the models done sooner than later if possible. You can email me at goodgame…

Hello- I may have an upcoming job where I will be in need of a realistic Lion. Do you or someone you know already have such a model and be willing to share it? I would be willing to pay between $200 -$300 depending on the quality...PayPal or check via USMail. If it's already rigged for animation, GREAT! If not, I can use TSM2 to put a quadriped rig to it. If it has a modelled mane, GREAT- I may remove it and use particle hair though. The job is pending and I will keep you posted. Email me thru the forum email and show me some jpegs of your model. Thank You! Matt Campbell aka John BigBoote

I need four character models made. 3 male young adults, 1 female young adult. The character models need to have the southern california/extreme sports look... tennis shoes, baggy shorts. I have some pictures to go off of. I am going for the look like the momentum animations video. http://amfilms.hash.com/search/Entry.php?entry=548 I need them modeled, rigged, and textured. It's people so... organic. I need them finished within the next month(but flexible). The models can be variations of the previous models and the face rigging doesn't have to be elaborate. It could lead to potentially a lot more work using these models. I can pay $200 per mod…

I am new to the animation world and have been toying with the program and have the hang of the basics. I am working for a nonprofit organization on a project and we have a need for some models. I feel I can do the basic animation necessary for the project but cannot create the models needed. Basically, what we need is a model of a fishing rod and reel, an archery bow, and a gun. What we would like is to make these models into cartoon-like animated characters. What I am inquiring about is if there is someone who would be willing to create these character models for us. I can provide the pictures of the objects we want to use. If you would be interested, please let me …

A former AnimationMentor classmate of mine, Kevin Detwiler, is finishing up his final "short film" project and is looking for someone to help him with lighting it. I got to see his animatic, which was funny, and Kevin's a strong animator (and had Victor Navonne supervising him) so i think this would be a very fine project to be associated with. It takes place mostly inside a gym/health club so someone talented at lighting characters in indoor situations would be good. I recall there is one outdoor scene too. Since he doesn't have a render farm, think solutions that are minutes per frame, not hours. I don't know about pay, if any, but you can contact K…

Hi, I'm looking for someone to create realistic room interiors showing my company's products in attractive settings. Animation is not necessary, though showing different camera angles and maybe even a "fly over" animation would be useful. Ideally it would be great to find someone local (Danbury, Connecticut) because I'd like to get some A:M tutoring too. But this is not mandatory. My company makes acoustic panels, and it's more practical to draw a model than find a beautiful home and ask permission to drill holes in the walls to mount them! Below are a few photos of real rooms with our products along the lines of what I'm looking for. My intent is also to show h…

I'm wanting to pay for a highly detailed photorealistic President George W. Bush head, to be constructed based on the following mesh: [attachmentid=23116] The above mesh is a work-in-progress by another artist I'm working with - it's "spline-heavy" and therefore should have adequate geometry to do a fine model. Additionally, I can provide (IF NEEDED) a 3DS prop for use as a reference from a 3D scan of this presidential statue: http://www.francescaskitchen.com/fkstore/p...lastcat75.ihtml If some geometry adjustments are necessary, then USE YOUR BEST JUDGEMENT - just keep the NECK RING THE SAME, so it can be re-attached to the body of my model. I'm wanting a human heart model along the lines of this - I'm going for "cool" and a photorealistic style (not cartoony or abstract) - it's not necessary to be scientifically accurate... Nonetheless, it should have the following: 1. extended into and out of "pipes" (just run them a foot or two and then loop them back into themselves - in the final application I'll hook them up to the rest of the scene) 2. An action (or set of actions) that produce "beating" and blood circulation along with demonstration of same in a rendered choreography. 3. Of course some sort of blood-like simulation should be done inside the thing - your choice o…

I am wanting a fully rigged "terminator style" hand, such as this: Use some artistic license and don't be entirely literal with respect to the above picture or Arnold's Terminator character - one major difference is that instead of the wrist, I'm wanting it to terminate into a ball joint with some hydraulics, or levers or possibly cables (again, I'm allowing for artistic freedom). I'm wanting it to be fully textured with a gleaming metallic finish, but with some slightly different material used for the hinges, joints, hydraulics, cables, wires, etc - UNLIKE THE ABOVE PICTURE. It should have the full range of motion of a human hand - I prefer the detailed TSM2 …

I have a need for an exterior model of a house. Curtains could block off most of the view inside from the exterior and I'll need a front or back door that opens for a character to walk thru, but the lighting and camera view will be such that the interior view is blocked off (additionally a simple interior wall could help). Other interior details would not be needed. Also the story needs a driveway and garage - attached or unattached - it's up to you. Besides all of this I'll need one window to be partially opened and a curtain draped so as to partially obscur the view, so the camera can zoom in (Peeping Tom style) to the interior room - WHICH I'LL PROVIDE. Lastly the mode…

I have a job where I need a hawaiian male figure walking along a mountain ridge/cliff. 1. a. He will appear screen right carrying a hand fire torch (I can add the flame in my post production) and walk to the first tiki torch and light it. Were are in need of a plug-in or material. History: We regularly create terrains that have roads, dirt and grass. The roads are rarely straight and getting a blend from the road to the road shoulder to the grass is difficult to do well. We have experimented with creating a gradient material to blend between the road and grass. It works well as long as the road is straight with no curves. The gradient material only seems to work in straight lines. We need either a material that we can specify at least 3 different images (with normals) so we can create a transition that can follow curves, or some other plug-in. The material needs to tile well (wou…

We need a human model of an African American truck driver. We have one full height image of him that could be used as a decal. I would expect him to have a rig that even I can use. Hands need to close around a steering wheel. Head needs to turn right and left, up and down. Eyes need to blink, and open wide in fear. Mouth needs teeth, and needs to open in fear. I would expect no creasing on the neck, hips (he is sitting) or arms. Model will wear a baseball cap, so no hair is required. Modification of an existing model is OK. The project will pay $250 US Thanks, David
