I have been working on finishing up some models I have been working on.

So, what better place than to get working on a cartoony model of my son.

I plan on using him in animation that I boarded out.

comments always....

Nice model! He looks like he could be a character from a children's book. Nice job!

Thank you Jim,

I am glad that you said children's book. Because, he actually is designed for a children's product. I have just been staring at him way to long:-)

Cheers,

:) cute little guy...how did you do the hair?

It is actually a half dome with a cookie cut map. Would you like me to post a wire frame?

oops. I forgot the sides, and for those I modeled in geometry.

As a matter of fact, wires are always nice, so that we might see how the things are made (and the wire of the whole character would be even better... nudge, nudge, wink, wink ; o P)

Really cute character, it would be nice to see him animated... good work!

I agree. I'd like to see a wire frame.

I am new to this and I was wondering how you did the pants. Did you just model them like the rest of the character? If so do you have poses for how they'll move when he walks?

I hear theres a new cloth thing in AM. Did you use that?

Ok, I posted a wire frame of the character. I am putting a page together that has more, just have not had a chance to finish.
