I know I ask way too many questions... but what's kqt? you said that it is 270 kqt. Just wondering. By the way, nice work with the cloth. Add water jets and rollers and you could... but your into expiramentation. Hee hee hee......

That's fantastic. Now you need to make the strip holder move from side to side, just like a real car wash. :)

i redid this with "car" being through in 1 sec then waited 5 more sec. still flapping around in the default settings. Also added a slight side to side movement the first sec. if I have more time will try longer time or different settings but have been asked to try a shirt.

Wow! I am impressed with how well the cloth behaves! Especially the collision detection. I don't see anything poking through at all as earlier versions of cloth were prone to do.

 

Are there tweaks in the cloth setup that simulate things like air resistance?

lots of tweaks including friction stiffness etc just trying to understand how they react
