  1. That is looking great. I can't wait to see what happens with this project.
  2. I think the splinage looks pretty good to me, but I don't do animation. The character itself is excellent.
  3. This is excellent. I especially like the hair on the little guy. How did you make that hair?
  4. If I was to make wings again I would do it totally differently thamn I did. I have the bony areas seprate from the webbing. The webbing in my dragon is justt a flat patches that I put underneath the bony area. I would do it alot differently now.
  5. Are you dacaling or using a mat? If decaling I would make a texutre blend using alpha to blend it together.
  6. Hutch, I'm sorry to do this to you, but -- I would redo the entire wing area, sorry! You should model the wings fully extended. Just like arms are usually put outward from the body to place the bones easier, so should wings. Also, it will be easier to close them from full extension than it is to open them from a closed look. Trust me, I went through this when I created my dragon.
  7. Showed my age with the "Welcome Back" comment . Congrats on getting the problem fixed, Dark.
  8. It's looking awesome! I would still extend the tail more, but that might just be my personal preference sneaking in there and not what would make it look better .

    Skull

Nice skull. Way better than the one I made, haha.
  10. It's looking real good so far. I can't wait to see it done with soft shadows and a higher res.
  11. Wow, he turned out real well. Congratulations.

    My head

That is very impressive so far. I would also agree and say get rid of alot of that splinage. Especially in the forehead area.
  13. Gargoyles was one of the best cartoons ever. I also agree that you should make his features harsher. It is looking real good so far. Keep it up, and keep posting.
  14. Nice, and fast way to work. Wish I was that refined in my work ethic .
  15. Looks pretty good to me. I think I agree and would make the calves just slightly bigger.

    robots

I like 'em. You should do something with these guys for the "Mechanical" Image contest.
  17. I agree it's pretty nice so far. I'd see if I could decrease some of the creasing on the back, but it is looking good.
  18. Just beautiful. I like everything about it. The style is awesome.
  19. Dude, the beastie is looking smooth. And I love that subtle color variations you added to the elf and now have on the demon. Nice.
  20. I also think you should add an eyelid. That will give you the ability to add more personality to him (make him look angry or surprised, etc...).
  21. Lookin' good, Mr. Carter!
  22. I don't want wider hip! I think the hips are fine. I meant that the indentation of the of the torso where the rib cage ends is too dramatic. i think that area could be "thickened".
  23. It's looking good so far. I think I would blend, or blur, the colors into each other a tad more.
  24. Nice looking stuff you got going there.
