Your right I tested creating a material from a group via text edit and it worked. Seems like a plugin would be easy to create for some one with knowledge of that sort of thing.

Good idea but it would be nice if this was a feature. I requested something like that before but it was rejected because Yoda believed that my idea was redundant because we have the ability to save materials. But we don't really. We have to create materials from scratch and transcribe settings.

Cool Guys Who has a lap top out of the people who want to meet up? What should we do when we meet up? Should we create an 11 second club project? Each one of us contributing something. When we meet up we can discuss and help each other with problems whlie continuing the project via the net. Just an idea.

I find myself creating unique looks in group attribute and then I say to myself I wish I had that as a material. How can I easily creat that as a material without having to do it manually.

I live in Valencia California. Looking for users who want to get together on a biweekly or monthly basis to teach each other new things with AM, share are work and so on. We can take turns meeting at each others house or we can pick neutral spots that are congruent distances from each other. Requirements. 1. Must live somewhere in the circle below. or be willing to drive for a long time. 2. Must be willing to commit to meetings, a minimum of 1 per month. 3. We need at least 4 people for this to work. I think 2 people are a couple, 3 is a trio and 4 can finally constitute a group. 4. Must be a contributor who plays with AM for work or pleasure at least twice a week to continue growing with the group. 5. If your willing to commit reply with your email so I can contact you. This does not work for me in 15i relationship_paste_key_mirrored.mov can someone check to see if it works for them before I report it. This is in an on off pose.

I cant seem to get copy key frame and pasted mirror to work in an on off "relationship" I am viewing a tutorial that shows it working properly but in 15i I cant seem to get a result. Any ideas? much appreciated.

Hi Jeff Could you donate your Alien bust model for the purposes of deconstruction and a tutorial that I am creating? I want to make a video tutorial specifically on SSS, AM paint and incorporating maps like bump, normal and displacement as you have so masterfully done with your model. The tutorial will of course be free and I will make sure you get credit for helping to pioneer AM's abilities.

Yes the H.264 codec seems to universally play for everyone who has quick time or i tunes installed. And it may even work for those who dont. I dont understand why sometimes mpeg 4 with a .mov extension sometimes works and and then sometimes does not work? Oddly it always works for me, but rarely works for all of you. I guess I need to cave and always make it as h.264 from now on.

Please let me know if you still can not see the 2nd tutorial if and only if you have. 1. updated to quicktime 7 or later. and 2. have tried viewing via firefox. and 3. down loaded the file to view it via the quicktime player. remeber to reboot after installing updating quicktime or it will not work.
