Xtaz Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 I'm missing Mr. Holmes Bryant. Does anyone know where he is? He doesn't appear here since 2012 Quote
Admin Rodney Posted March 7, 2014 Admin Posted March 7, 2014 When last I checked, Holmes was off writing his memiors. His blog (with all of his writings) has recently disappeared. Hope he's doing alright. We do miss him. Quote
largento Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 The Wayback Machine last archived his site in August. At that point, he hadn't updated his blog since January of 2013. Quote
Hash Fellow robcat2075 Posted March 8, 2014 Hash Fellow Posted March 8, 2014 I'm sure he found managing SO very wearing. Quote
Admin Rodney Posted March 8, 2014 Admin Posted March 8, 2014 I'm sure he found managing SO very wearing. He did a lot more than just manage SO... his considerable skills are all over that film. Apparently it takes 2 to 3 years to recover from creating a feature film and Holmes had to recover from two of them! Quote
Hash Fellow robcat2075 Posted March 8, 2014 Hash Fellow Posted March 8, 2014 We should try to track him down. Quote
Admin Rodney Posted March 9, 2014 Admin Posted March 9, 2014 We should try to track him down. Agreed! Quote
*A:M User* Shelton Posted March 9, 2014 *A:M User* Posted March 9, 2014 I received an email from him, I believe the first of last year. He was in New Mexico. Quote
NancyGormezano Posted March 9, 2014 Posted March 9, 2014 We should try to track him down. Ack. You can't say that to me. The hunt is just too too alluring. Quick googling of "Holmes Bryant" and new mexico leads me to pages that indicate last known (circa 2012) that he was doing website design, probably living in Taos area (or surrounds) - bills himself as "taoist mountain hermit" (google plus), and may be connected, living? at the Lama Foundation (taos area) - from an archive: The new Lama Foundation website is OFFICIALLY live! Check it out, check it in! New features, totally new design, public calendar ~ ROCK IT. Still work to be done but it is certainly presentable. Feel free to leave any feedback. HUGE thanks to Holmes Bryant for all of his hard hard work, equal Gratitude to Jan Cross for hers & to everyone else who contributed content wise. Current Lama Foundation website here Someone else can contact them - I've done the sneaky part. He may not want to be found. May Holmes be well and happy! Quote
largento Posted March 9, 2014 Posted March 9, 2014 They have a Facebook group and this looks very much like Holmes' profile picture: Quote
thefreshestever Posted March 10, 2014 Posted March 10, 2014 since he obviously has a working internet connection it´s very likely that if he´d want to be here, he´d be here Quote
