Hash Fellow robcat2075 Posted October 13, 2010 Author Hash Fellow Share Posted October 13, 2010 At least 8 more days to do magic Bus Stop animation!... And render ... Not sure I'll make it. It's unlikely I'll have this thing all edited together on the morning of October 21 so you probably have some wiggle room. ETA: Will v16 help out with render times? I have a dual core AMD Turion 64 x2 Mobile TL50 (1.6 GHz). Is it risky to switch from 15 to 16 right at the end like that? 16 probably will be faster and if you got two cores and enough ram you can probably run the netrender. Try a few frames and compare with a v15 render to see if anything is going wrong.
mtpeak2
ROB- Here is my submission. I did not want to share it with the masses, but I can't think of any other way to get it to you- and just you. Also, you wanted individual jpeg frames- but I made a Quicktime... this way I am sending you one link and not 500+. Let me know if you really-really need frames, I'll figure another way to send it... I'll probably need your email address so I can send you a link to a dropbox folder. -Thanks! http://dl.dropbox.com/u/5257446/BUSSTOP_Matt%20Campbell1.mov Matt, did you increase the lighting, add a light or increase the ambiance intensity? Something in not quite right with the render.
Hash Fellow robcat2075 Posted October 18, 2010 Author Hash Fellow Share Posted October 18, 2010 I'm not going have my own segment finished by the 20th so if anyone is panicking about their own piece it's ok to go over a few days. Let us know if you're on the way.

Hash Fellow robcat2075 Posted October 20, 2010 Author Hash Fellow Share Posted October 20, 2010 not familiar with jpeg sequence. what to do with the audio when sending you files and how to compress the audio if at all? (using a clip from a:m library) If you need audio, do a quick shaded render Quicktime movie of your segment also. That will include synched sound which I can match up with your image sequence in post.

I strictly used the project file. And I was assuming the camera was set. But yes I normally work at 30fps. sorry for all the difficulties with the clips.
