I like the first color scheme.

Nice work on all the characters that you have designed.

It seems like everyone is learning fast.

nice funny character... i liked the first one better, too... but it looks like you have some bad splineage on the beak there... maybe post a wireframe, i´m sure someone can tell what´s wrong.... if you want him to move his wings later i would recommend to model it with spreaded wings...

When I saw the first color scheme I was tempted to say make it grayer, then saw the second one. But maybe a darker grey with a slight bluish/purplish tint for a bit more depth to the color. Nice start overall though! The vulture has a lot of character, and a FAT vulture speaks volumes!

Some birds have feathers that appear one color but from angles slightly backlit they reveal an iridescent sheen. I think it would look really good as a dark grey that reveals a rich purple from the right angle, if A:M can do that sort of thing, that is...

Changed the eyelid covers shape and added a bump map to scale him a little.

also added adams apple and made slider to move it up and down.

Thanks Steve :)

If my splinemanship ever improves I will collect characters very fast. Still learning though.

That's why I am doing these projects, each one makes me learn something new.

Very nice designs, very nice modeling, looks like a fun project!

Seems there are more and more interesting projects like yours and like largentos for instance and some other people

pouring out lately, that cover not just one aspect of AM like modeling but are real small animation-projects.

Very encouraging.

You can use this peacemaker of mine, if you like.
