heyvern Posted January 25, 2005 Posted January 25, 2005 This is like that routine on David Letterman... "Is this anything?" David and Paul see some ridiculous group of performers doing crazy stuff and then will decide "is this anything?" I would have to say after much consideration... hmm.... I am going out on a limb here and say that I think this is something... anything... whatever. It is border line though. Very close call. Vernon "am I anything?" Zehr Quote

johnl3d Posted January 26, 2005 Author Posted January 26, 2005 the original idea was to have reflective "panels" of hair reflect light as they bounced around while the model moved. But my machine is not that fast and it didn't seem to work on the first few frames so i tried glow and played with some color settings and this is what i got....interesting but useful..maybe. and since it was late I posted what I had to see if it was worth tweaking..but i have some other things to try so project 11.1b ghair.prj Quote
jesshmusic Posted January 26, 2005 Posted January 26, 2005 That is interesting. I would like to see that in a Cornell box...still animated. That would take a few days to render, but I bet it would look completely wicked! Quote
CreativeAustinYankee Posted January 27, 2005 Posted January 27, 2005 an energy being from planet X? a nuclear-powered levitating tribble? a REALLY pissed-off dandelion puff? whatever the case, it has an interesting look. Thanks for the project. Steve P. Quote
