  1. Good job Roger. I only thing that I see that is when the animation first starts, the flad passes through the pole. Other than that, good job.
  2. Great job. I like that you put all the detail into it.
  3. Great character designs. I especially like the snake. I like your lighting setup as well. Good luck with the project.
  4. Good job. This was a fun exercise for me because I always hated rigging. It was nice to see that A:M makes it easier. I agree with c-wheeler, the only thing you would need to fix if you wanted to would be the creasing in the thighs.
  5. Good work Roger. Like how you composed it into a scene. Keep up the good work.
  6. You can render out a wireframe. Goto your render to file settings. Click on the advanced tab and then click on the options tab. Where it says Quality click on the Final that's next to it and you can select wireframe. Hope that helps
  7. I agree with Dennis; I dont see anything but the spinning shape. Maybe I am tired or something.
  8. Congrats. That model came out fantastic. I would like to see a wireframe too.

    hello!

Welcome Cyrus. Motility pretty much said it all. You have to take your time, but once you get the hang of it, anything is possible. You might want to check out Anzovin Studios. They have a store that sells all kinds of training cd's for A:M. I have most of them and continue to use them even now as reference. Sometimes when your working on something you can forget, so you need a little refresher. Here's the link to the store. http://www.rafhashvideotapes.com/ Hope this helps
  10. Welcome Youngman. Your right, this is a great program. You will have all kinds of fun with it and with this forum. Good luck with everything.
  11. Good job on the plane Roger. The decals came out looking okay to me.
  12. The book can be a little hard to follow at times. I had to go over it several times. When I modeled this one, I always saved in steps just in case I did something wrong. Your best bet would be to describe what your having trouble with and maybe even post the file. This way we can take a look and help you with it.
  13. Yes, sounds dogs is an excellent site. I use them from time to time when I need sounds.
  14. Looks good Roger. Keep up the good work.
  15. Very nice Roger. The only crit I have is that you should have animated the petals as well. You get a nice feeling of the flower swaying back and forth but when you look at the petals you loose it because they are stiff. Just my .02 though
  16. I checked out this book on Borders.com. I must say that I will definitely be picking this up when it comes out. Great to have on the shelf for a reference tool.
  17. Well welcome back Markk. I am sure you will have no trouble getting back up to speed. Good luck
  18. Phil, While in Choreography mode, you can select the character and move him where ever you want. Hope that helps
  19. Welcome to the exercises Phil. Good start. Only one thing, make sure your characters are grounded or you get the floating that you have with KeeKat here. Good luck with the rest. Leo
  20. FANTASTIC JOB. The fighter came out great. Good luck with the interior.
  21. Simply amazing Will. All of you working on this film are doing an incredible job. Keep up the great work.
  22. Excellent start Dan. Keep going, the tutorials get better and a lot more fun.
  23. Welcome Dan. I dont think you will have a problem learning A:M especially since your Dad uses it. You have a great resource there to learn from as well as the community here. My best advice is to start with the Art of Animation Master and due the tutorials in the manual. That will get you on your way. Best of luck
  24. Welcome Jennifer. It sounds like your on your way. Good luck with everything.
